We enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is clean and comfortable. We are three active, senior adult couples and it was great to have a common room for visiting, and our own bedrooms with modern, private bathrooms for each. The apartment is very well located in Ortigia, convenient to the main squares and also to the shopping streets and the sea. If stairs are an issue, please note that there is a staircase to enter the apartment and one of the bedrooms has a loft set-up. Giuseppe was a great host, responsive to our requests, and accommodating with our schedule.

Excellent location!!! Right in the middle of the town and was very easy to get around. If you are driving there is also an available lot close by for 25euro a day which made getting in and out easy. Giuseppe was very helpful with the instructions and met us right at the apartment, he also gave some great recommendations for food and places to visit. He had all the kitchen amenities you need!! Only small thing is limited hot water as we believe it was heated using some sort of generator that would turn on and off, and some issues with ventilation in the bathrooms.

Giuseppe was incredibly generous stocking the pantry and refrigerator and anytime we needed extra blankets, sheets or towels someone was there within minutes. It was truly a hotel experience.

The cupboard contained the basics for a meal we could prepare for ourselves. We could find the extras at nearby shops. We enjoyed the family time around the table and a change from restaurants (which were also good and accessible). We had a hard time finding the phone number of the proprietor as communications from him were through an app I had not used and did not contain a contact phone number.
