Self catered Daphnes cottage #4 with large veranda and garden near the beach.

A relaxing holiday for 2 people, near a small and quiet beach.
Daphnes cottage #4 is a semi-detached apartment able to accommodate up to 2 people with space for an extra baby cot. The bedroom has twin beds (90cm x 200cm)that can be put together like a double bed. The bathroom has shower and WC. The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, electric 2 ring cookers, kettle and toaster and coffee machine and it is suitable for light catering.

The accommodation has a safe and air condition and ventilators (fans). The large furnished veranda makes a lovely dining and living area. The cottage is cleaned every 7 days, fresh linen changes upon request. It's possible to make other arrangements suited to your needs. These houses are set in a large olive grove away from the road. A beautiful garden with lots of flowers surrounds the buildings emphasising the over all atmosphere of peace and quiet.

There is a natural playground for the children and lots of space in the garden to put up your hammock, play boule or to move out the dinner table from the veranda for a lunch in the shade of an olive tree.

Serene and Beautiful

If you’re looking to escape the party crowds on Zakynthos this is a perfect retreat. Beautiful and thoughtful villas spread out privately. I really enjoyed my time here. There’s a beach a short walk away, a wonderful seafront taverna and several others just up the road. Maria provided excellent instructions with great tips for the week. I only wish I could have joined the wine tasting. I met Olga for a massage too! You’ve got all you need here and a small hob and essentials to cook if you need to as well. If you’re visiting Zakynthos for the first time split the week here and then up North. A great way to see the whole island. Until next time…

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen und entspannten Urlaub bei Daphnes Villas. Die gesamte Anlage wie die einzelnen Appartments sind sehr gepflegt. Die Hosts Maria und Dionysis waren stets vor Ort oder per Telefon erreichbar. Falls etwas fehlte fand man entsprechende Utensilien in einem Mehrzweckraum an der Rezeption. Zusätzlich wurden unsere Räume sogar während des Aufenthaltes regelmäßig gereinigt. Es gibt einen kleinen Strand direkt Fußläufig von der Anlage und mehrere größere Strände in nächster Nähe mit dem Auto. Insgesamt war es vor Ort herrlich ruhig, ideal zum entspannen und ein perfekter Gegenpol zu manch stark touristischen Teilen der Insel. Auch gab es vor Ort ein großes Angebot von unterschiedlichen Aktivitäten wie Joga- und Töpferkursen, privaten Bootstouren und vielen mehr die bei Bedarf gebucht werden konnten. Wir hatten eine grandiose Zeit :)
