Recently renovated apartment located near the heart of Lisbon’s Old Town, in Príncipe Real, just a few steps from the Portuguese Parliament and a 5-minute walk from Bairro Alto—a area with lively bars and restaurants—and Chiado.

Guests have full access to the apartment.

In this new normal, our mission is no longer just to provide you with the best, but also the safest experience you can find in Lisbon. By complying with the guidelines of Turismo de Portugal’s Clean & Safe Seal and the recommendations of the Directorate-General for Health, we are committednot only to provide the best and most thorough cleaning and disinfection of the apartments but also to offer a range of services you can enjoy from the comfort of your apartment without taking unnecessary risks. After witnessing so many families, daily routines, businesses, and local economies destroyed, our focus is on keeping everything and everyone running as we have done so far—steering the ship through this massive storm and helping to lift up our area, our city, and our country! We’re committed to continuing to elevate the reputation and quality of Portuguese tourism both here and abroad!

Our commitment:

Cleaning: Professional and in accordance with the standards of the Directorate-General for Health, using not only all necessary protective equipment (masks and gloves) but also disinfectants in the recommended proportions for everyone’s safety.

Check-In: Our check-in is in person so we can provide all the support guests need, but the process will be quick and efficient, with all necessary safety equipment in place. All information will be displayed inside the apartment and available remotely through our team, which is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Amenities - In addition to our amenities for the first day, you’ll also find masks for the first day (surgical masks). We also have these and other products available at cost for added safety.

Services - Being available 24/7 for guests didn’t seem enough at this time, so we wanted to do more and will do our best to ensure your comfort. If you’d rather not use the available online tools, our “Stock Your Fridge” service allows you to arrive at the apartment with whatever you’d like in the fridge—featuring products from our local partners—thereby avoiding unnecessary trips. For more information, please contact us. We also have transport partnerships from the airport to wherever you’d like in Lisbon and Portugal to make your holiday smoother and more comfortable.

Arrivals between 12:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m. are subject to a late check-in fee of 40.00 EUR.

*COVID-19: Uber + Unilabs*
In Lisbon, Uber offers the option to request a COVID-19 test through its app.

This service was developed in partnership with Unilabs, one of Portugal’s leading laboratories.

With this option, users can choose the comfort and safety of their own home to get a COVID-19 test.
A certified Unilabs technician will travel to the user’s location, wearing personal protective equipment, to collect the sample.

Unilabs offers two COVID-19 testing options through the Uber app: PCR tests and rapid antigen tests. The PCR test costs €125, with results delivered within 24 hours after sample collection. The antigen test, which is less sensitive but provides results more quickly—results are available in 15 minutes—costs €50, with the report delivered within 4 hours after the sample is collected.
As an easygoing host, I don’t have many rules. All I ask is that you treat the apartment as if it were your own. We want you to have a good time in Lisbon, and if you need any help, we’re here for you—so there’s only one rule: please leave the apartment just
