The LONGOBARDI sea-front villa, is 20 minute, from airport Chania, and is farther, about 2 hour, from airport Heraclio.
The area around is very quiet. The sea gulf, in front of the house, is like a lake, always calm, very clean water, and I guaranty, it is very safe. The ground area is extending until the sea, and the house distance to the sea, is 30metres away.
You can swim right under the house private.
The LONGOBARDI Villa, is in one of the most stunning seaside locations, with views to the distant high mountains beyond a foreground of rocky headlands and the lapping turquoise waters of the Mediterranean. The villa is well designed to make the most of the wonderful views, and it is very comfortable. Outside, the choice of multiple shaded or sunny terraces, pool and garden, offer a comfortable place to relax whatever the heat.
Nearby Marathi is quite simply breath taking. The vistas are stunning, as is the water, and the quality of restaurants behind the beaches reflect the fact that they cater for more than just the tourist industry! Quite a surprise, Chania is lovely too and surprisingly close – makes for a great day out.

Excellent family villa

The villa has a beautiful setting, it is located in a bay which you can access the sea from the bottom of the garden, it is rocky so I would advise taking rock shoes with you and there are some great places to dive or jump into the sea. The swimming pool was great and the scenery was awe inspiring you could see the mountains clearly and the sunset in the evening was spectacular. The host Evangelos met us when we arrived and showed us around and was very knowledgeable about the area about where to shop, good restaurants and recommended places of interest to see. All in all a great holiday, you will need a car to get out and about as it’s off the beaten track.

Marathi

The house was fine, but it was very hot and the air conditioning did not work so the first few days were warm. However the overall weather cooled down and it was fine with doors and windows open. The pool was lovely but the views were absolutely fantastic

A great stay

This villa has stunning views and is very close to the lovely resort of Marathi. Our host was very friendly and helpful during our stay and I would recommend this property for your holiday!

It is a quiet area, outside the city plan, with a few houses around, 3-4, in a quiet bay, with panoramic views of the 270 degree bay and the White Mountains in the background.
