This amazing estate has so much to offer you might not even want to leave the house. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 12 people, with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. 5600 square feet

The full kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home, with a perfect layout for gourmet cooking. Dining table in the great room that seats 12 guests.

Relax by the poolside enjoying a mai tai. This amazing custom swimming pool gradually gets deeper like the sand in the ocean. Play a round of pool on the custom-designed pool table. In the evening, enjoy the sunset by warming up in the jacuzzi.

The master suite is super-sized with its own private living room and bar. Large custom circular bed with floor-to-ceiling windows that look out over the ocean. Sleep in with custom electric blinds. There is plenty of storage in the large walk-in closet with vanity.

The master bath has a large soaking tub with one of the best views. Walk-in shower, his and her sinks.

Need to work and get away? Step into this amazing office that is just off the master suite. With surrounding floor-to-ceiling windows, you feel like you're stepping out into the ocean. Wonderfully creative ideas and dreams are sure to happen from this office.

If you love to surf, this is one of the world's and Hawaii's most famous surf breaks. Sunset Beach is known for its large competitive waves in the winter, but it's also known for its fun-size waves in the spring and fall.

The ocean is like a lake in the summer. Right in front of the house, the beach is great for snorkeling, swimming, and boogie boarding.

In the winter watch, the top surfers in the world compete for the Triple Crown title. You may even see them surfing right out in front of the house.

Enjoy a bike ride down the bike path located right outside the property.

Turtle Bay Resort is three miles away. The resort has four restaurants and thirty-six holes of world-class golf designed by Arnold Palmer. Historical Haleiwa is seven miles away, with numerous restaurants and shopping.

Great looking pictures on VRBO, nice pool & hot tub. Rear of house is extremely outdated (interior) and run down (exterior). Access to beach less than ideal.

Amazing house!

We had a group of 12 friends here. All had their own bedroom and bath. Lower level is open concept and amazing. Had front seat row to watch the Hurley surfing competition right from our deck. Very well stocked kitchen. This house had everything we needed! Would highly recommend for a group gathering!!

Perfect Location!

We loved this house and had a blissful stay. ~The location is a 10+ The property is awesome. The kitchen is a little dated, and the decor and layout of the house is quirky. BUT, we embraced it and had an absolute perfect week. The beach out front is spectacular, the pool and jaccuzi are great. We played pool and enjoyed the backyard .The surf out front in the winter months is super fun. This is a great house for a group or a large family lots of bedrooms with private baths. I would rent this house again!

Best Vacation Ever

If there is a better location on Oahu it cost to much for the common man. The house was fantastic for our needs the beach and water was perfect. You throw the pool and unbelievable hot tub in the picture you never have to leave the house. I stayed 30 days and only left the house 5-8 times. (needed food) the kitchen may look small but is truly perfect for cooking efficiently. Only went out for dinner once. Morning walks to Sharks Cove is a must to get your day started. Then snorkeling in the afternoon. Drinks at sunset. REPEAT Thank you for letting us stay

Perfect North Shore "Beach House"

This fabulous house IS directly on beautiful Sunset Beach, so technically a "beach house" but a luxury beach house with several awesome features:, top 5: 1. Massive master suite equipped w/ custom round bed, huge office space and connected smaller bedroom for young children 2. What may be the best private home swimming pool for families we've seen (and we've seen many) with beach entry at one end for younger children stretching across property to wider deeper end for everyone else 3. Large, deep, covered hot tub facing ocean 4. Gym 5. Pool table House has everything you need. Booking process with Betty was smooth and simple. Myles (caretaker) helped familiarize us with house and controls (there's a lot going on) and he and Jason helped with minor lights and readying the grill. We had a family of 8 adults and 3 children and everyone thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful Property but hard to reach(North Shore)

The house was fun with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The beach was excellent for the kids. We found a great " hidden beach " north of the property and got to swim with the turtles. The reason for not rating the property higher was simply the location. There is road construction from 8:30am to 4:30am Mon - Fri.. This added another 30 to 45 minutes to go to a local Foodland, which was 5 miles away. Then on the weekends, it wasn't any better with all the visitors from Honolulu desending on the North Shore. You spend a great deal of time and energy just trying to find a parking spot, even if you have to pay for it. When we left to go to the airport at 6am on Saturday moring, we made the trip in 40 minutes. Earlier in the week, that same trip took over 2 hours when we traveled to downtown Honolulu. I wish this house was in a different location. It is simply the traffic. You have to plan everything around traffic to enjoy the vacation. That was unfortunate. This was mentioned when we first toured the home but I guess we really didn't understand how much of an impact it would have on our stay.

Look no further!

We had a fantastic stay at an amazing house on Oahu's North Shore. This spacious and clean property easily accommodated our group of 4 couples and 2 singles. With private bathrooms for each of us and well-distributed bedrooms, we never felt cramped. The large, fully stocked kitchen allowed us to cook most of our meals and enjoy beautiful sunsets from the deck. Myles, the property manager, was attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The main floor of the house has been renovated and it is absolutely beautiful. The second floor could use the same. The primary bedroom has beautiful views and is somewhat charming with its 80s décor however it needs modernization. It's also inconveniently located as the thoroughfare to the laundry room (two washers & dryers) - accessible by either walking through the master bedroom or via an outside staircase. The two smaller bedrooms above the garage are dated but served their purpose for our single guests. The backyard is spacious and well-maintained, featuring a pool, hot tub, outdoor shower, and a large grassy area. The beachfront deck provides an unobstructed view of the ocean, perfect for enjoying morning coffee and watching the surfers. Private beach access is a plus. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as a malfunctioning front driveway gate and slippery pool area (two falls, one needing medical attention), we still easily give this house a 5-star rating. In summary, we had an incredible time at this house and would definitely return

Spacious luxury home in the perfect location

We couldn't have enjoyed more our week spent at this property. The house was spotless and huge, which was perfect to allow our large group to spread out. While the art and decor is definitely taste-specific, the furnishings and beds were all clean and comfortable, and we were grateful for the A/C in the bedrooms (we generally left the common areas open to the breeze). Note that two of the queen bedroom suites can only be accessed from the outside, or via an awkward cut through the master bedroom, but once we figured out how to navigate, it was fine. The master also has a room with a double bed attached, which was fine for kids but not probably something you'd want to put another adult in due to the lack of privacy. The kitchen was well-stocked for a vacation home, with every utensil, pot, and appliance you could need, as well as a nice stash of spices and sauces from previous tenants (we cooked quite a few meals there). The location on this quiet stretch of Sunset Beach, with an immaculate yard, pool, hot tub and beach access could not have been better. This is the opposite of Waikiki (which is about an hour drive from the house), which is just what we were looking for. We spent every morning on the beach, lounging under the shade of a perfectly placed hibiscus tree on the property. The house came also had plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys, so no need to bring your own. Betty was easy to work with through the booking process and responsive to my questions, and Jason was kind and gracious and gave a comprehensive tour of the house and its operation instructions, and was a great resource when we had questions throughout the week about things to do locally. If we find ourselves back on the North Shore again, we'd have a hard time staying anywhere else.

Incredible location

The location of the house is amazing. Incredible sunsets, surfing and snorkeling are right in your backyard. The pool and hot tub were well used and enjoyed and the backyard setting was very relaxing. Norm, the yard guy, stopped through and brought some incredible fruits from his home - such a nice offering to think of us. We encountered many friendly locals at all hours and during various activities. The house is spacious and with some minimal investment, could really be stellar. New mattresses are needed. Couch cushion padding has seen better days in some spots, but the upholstery was in good shape. For as large as the house is, it’s a relatively small kitchen with two smaller sinks and two ovens which were both a bit questionable. The stovetop required too much finagling to get to work as the control knobs are a bit dodgy. The fridge door remaining closed also provided a bit of a challenge. However, the biggest irritation we encountered was the repeated malfunctioning of the driveway gates. At different times, they wouldn’t open, or close. Or, an alarm would sound. Finicky system to say the least. With only one remote “clicker” available and an inoperable keypad, it was a nuisance when we wanted to break into separate groups. If it wasn’t for the brilliant service of Myles, it would’ve become a real annoyance. Myles, Betty and Jason were excellent to deal with and were very communicative, informative and helpful - they are a nice bonus to the rental. Overall, great place and it will always be a great memory as my youngest got engaged to her longtime beau, on the beach just through the fence. Aloha

Loved It!!!!!

What can I say? The pictures of the property had us all really looking forward to this trip. When we arrived, we were blown away with the home and the location. Myles met us at the property and gave us the tour of the property and made sure we had an amazing stay. Thank you, Myles! The six bedrooms and the shared spaces easily handled our group of ten. Entering the backyard is like being transported into the most picturesque postcard. We enjoyed watching the surfers hitting the breaks further out and swimming off the beach. The pool and spa were big hits as well. Hands down a once in a lifetime experience for us. One that we would gladly repeat again at this location.

Sunset Beach Paradise

A 5-star WOW the minute you walk through the door. The beachfront location is everything we had hoped with ocean views from most rooms, direct access to the sand, and front row seats to incredible surfing. The kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving dinner with nearby Ted's Bakery providing the desserts. The newly renovated 1st floor was modern, clean, and spacious. We had 1 couple and 4 singles and everyone had a private bedroom and bath to themselves. The Property Managers were professional and very responsive when needed. This was a perfect vacation and the property exceeded our expectations.

Best location on the North Shore

Stunning location directly overlooking Sunset Beach. Lots of bedrooms and living/dining space. The yard and pool are excellent. The new owner will no doubt spruce up the home, but I can’t say enough about what a great home this is. The rental agent and property management are also top notch.

Absolutely amazing!

This is a fantastic, truly one of a kind property, absolute front row on Sunset Beach's "first peak" for surfing. It looks very modest when you drive up to it, but the interior is amazing, built to truly appreciate the beach/oceanfront and is an absolute gem of a family compound. We had a 12 person group (4 families with 2 surfers), and the size was absolutely perfect for us. The master suite is out of this world, jaw-droppingly luxurious and 3 of the 6 bedrooms have an ocean view. The surfers in our group were in 7th heaven as the waves immediately in front of the house were world class. Several in our group commented it had the "Best hot-tub in the world" as it was shaded and you could hang put and watch world class waves/surfing sitting in it. Only minor dig is the kitchen was a bit tight for a large group, but everything else was absolutely outstanding! Highly recommended and a much better overall value that renting 6 hotel rooms which our group would have required.

An amazing house on an amazing beach

Almost everything was great. The ovens didn’t work that great and the owners definitely need to replace all of the mattresses but the master bed. Those are my only complaints. It is a gorgeous house and our entire group of 10 loved the location.

Amazing! Highly Recommended!

Perfect place for a getaway. The property managers were easy to work, responsive and very helpful with local suggestions. The layout of the house is comfortable and roomy with both privacy for couples and families yet plenty of room to dine and hang out as a group. Loved the hot tub, the pool and access to beach! There is a wonderful section of beach behind the house with less current and rocks the locals call "Mother's Beach" and is considered "safer" to swim on in the winter months. We were able to swim, snorkel, boogie board and surf right outside our back door!

Incredible Vacation House

All I can say is WOW! What an amazing house and location. Had 10 family members and had plenty of space. The house is beautiful and comes with everything you need to have a wonderful time. Could not have a better beach location. We went in middle of July and the water was calm. We snorkeled literally right behind the house seeing so many fish and swimming with sea turtles. The pool was an extra bonus that we used several times. A great deck is built at the back of the property to watch the most beautiful sunsets you will ever see. Another luxury was the air condition! Made it so comfortable at night going to bed. This is a very quiet part of the North Shore and there were times we had the beach all to ourselves. Waling distance to Ted's Bakery. Would highly recommend this house to anyone that truly wants a special vacation. Will definitely be going back. Thank you to Betty for making it so easy to reserve. Mahalo! Angela

Amazing Vacation

The house was perfect - especially the location! We could walk to Ted's Bakery, snorkel & surf right off "our" beach and jump in the Jacuzzi to watch the evening rain. Jason and Myles were wonderful hosts. Can't wait to go back!
