This was our second stay in this building - this unit was on the ground floor. It is an older building with lovely old world charm. The apartment was clean. The bathroom and kitchen are nicely renovated. We found the bed to be comfortable. The garden space at the back is beautiful. The location is very central in the Old Town which we enjoy very much. The Host is usually very quick to respond to enquiries. This time, we had a little difficulty checking in as we did not receive the email with check-in details until we requested it. The process was very easy to follow. We found the apartment cold and did not get any assistance from the host to rectify that situation. It appeared that the thermostat was either broken or set on a predetermined program. We were not able to override it.We enjoy this property very much. We would likely stay here again.

This property had a lot of old-fashioned charm. It needs some refurbishing but “old world” charm should be maintained. It would be nice to have hot water available in the toilet room. There were no printed instructions regarding the appliances and heater. Those would have been helpful. Having said that we managed without as we did not use anything. Marieke was very responsive whenever I had a question. We enjoyed our stay very much.
