Accessing the property was not as described and had to wait for pictures to arrive before seeing which lockbox was correct. The property was clean but the bathrooms need some work. There is no ventilation and smelled of mildew. The location was great and close to pubs, restaurants, and shopping.

Hi Christopher Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your stay with us. Regarding access to the property, the self-check-in instructions, including pictures and the access code, were provided in advance through our pre-check-in link, as outlined in our house rules. These instructions have been helpful and clear for many of our guests. We also responded promptly when you contacted us for assistance, and we understand that you were able to check in successfully. Regarding the bathrooms and ventilation, the bathroom is equipped with an extractor fan to help reduce moisture and unpleasant odours. Our professional housekeeping team follows established cleaning procedures and standards. However, we appreciate your feedback and will take your comments on board for further review. We’re pleased that you enjoyed the convenient location and proximity to local pubs, restaurants, and shops. Thank you again for sharing your experience, as guest feedback helps us identify areas where we can continue to improve. Kind regards, Stefan

Trip with senior parents and teen

Loved this apartment! I stayed with my elderly parents (80yo) and my 16 year old daughter. It was a perfect combination of bedrooms and common space for everyone to be happy. The kitchen was comfortable and large enough for cooking small meals. The location was easy assess to many tourist sites, broadway shows, restaurants. We would definitely stay again here if staying in London for first time visitors.

Lovely Apartment Near Covent Garden

Spacious, comfortable apartment on a quiet street yet very close to wonderful restaurants, shopping, and theaters (only a 5-minute walk to Covent Garden with a multitude of restaurants and shops). Tube station nearby as well. Light and bright with plenty of room for our family of five. The living room also has a door which is nice for privacy when the sofa bed is being utilized. Highly recommend this gem! We'll be back!
