Unit 1 is one of the four units at DiVino Holiday Apartments, a stately late-19th-century building that has been completely renovated, located in a charming inner courtyard on Piazza Michele Ferrero (formerly Piazza Savona), the heart and hub of Alba, the capital of the Langhe and an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
It is just a few metres from all the main attractions of the historic centre and from Via Vittorio Emanuele.
The apartment, one of a kind, features a SPLENDID 60-SQUARE-METER PRIVATE TERRACE—perfect for tasting our fantastic wines, enjoying an aperitif, or simply relaxing.
Ideal for couples, groups of friends, or families with children, as it features 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two queen-size beds—and a double sleeper sofa in the living room, allowing it to accommodate 2 additional guests (for a total of 6 sleeping spots).
To access the apartment, located on the ground floor, there is no lift, as is often the case in older buildings.
The apartment opens into a spacious living room with a double sofa bed and a 55-inch smart TV; a kitchen with a gas stove, oven, and fully stocked with dishes, cutlery, glasses, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator; and a large dining area with a table for six people; A MASTER BEDROOM with a double bed (160 x 190) and a second bedroom with two queen-size beds (120 cm x 190 cm); both bedrooms have access to the terrace.
