There is also a kitchen, dining and sitting area with woodburning stove, along with a utility. To the outside is off-road parking for one car and a small patio. The Gatehouse is a magnificent escape for a couple, ideal for exploring the delights of Lancashire. Note: Owner is a member of Ribble Valley Tourism Association
and has many maps of local walks including Tolkein Way and most have dog friendly places to visit en route
