This villa/farmhouse/home boasts six rooms and spans across 160 square meters. The furnishings are kept simple and rustic, providing guests with a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. The first room features a double bed, while the second room is an open space with another double bed. The kitchen/living room area is equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a dining table and a TV. A shower/bidet/WC is also available for guests to use. Gas heating is provided for warmth.

Moving up to the upper floor, guests will find another open room with a double bed, a room with another double bed, and a room with two beds. A dining room and a small, open kitchen equipped with four hot plates, an oven, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine are also available for use. Another shower/bidet/WC is located on this floor, with gas heating also provided. Guests can enjoy a small balcony and patio, complete with terrace furniture and a panoramic view. A baby cot is available for children up to two years old, and two pets or dogs are allowed. However, please note that this property is reserved for non-smokers only.
