Private parking for 1 car. No smoking.. This delightful property is only a stone’s throw from the centre of the popular market town of Skipton. It makes an excellent base to explore the wonderful Yorkshire Dales National Park, York and the southern Lake District National Park, meaning this is an ideal retreat for couples, families and friends. Hidden up a quiet street, this property offers visitors the opportunity to come together and enjoy this vibrant Dales town in comfort.

Set over two floors, you enter the property on the ground floor which presents two good sized bedrooms, both with double beds, in addition one be changed to twins on request. The ground floor also boasts a lovely bathroom which offers a heated towel rail and shower over the bath. Up one flight of stairs to the first floor, you have a well presented, well-equipped kitchen which has plenty of room for food preparation should you not wish to dine out in the many restaurants close by. On the same floor you have a delightful, comfortable living area which gives you a perfect area to relax after a day of exploring. The first floor also has the third bedroom with a single bed. To the front of the property, you have a porch with bistro style seating so guest can enjoy their morning coffee or lunch. To the back of the property there is a patio area which towards the end of the day is a sun trap giving you a great place to have a glass of fizz al fresco style dining.

The market town of Skipton has so much to offer visitors, from a great selection of independent shops and restaurants to the ancient castle which is open daily. The market sits on the cobbled area either side of the main thoroughfare. With its wonderful canal path and pretty long boats, you can book a day’s boat ride and enjoy the stunning Yorkshire Dales countryside from the water. Whether you want to walk or cycle the Yorkshire Dales, it is full of bike trails and fantastic, scenic walks. This property is a relaxing home away from home for the whole family.
