Beautiful first line beach Apartment with a fantastic sea view

Beautiful first line beach department with a fantastic sea view, spacious, bright and a large terrace where you can relax and enjoy the benefit of being in front of El Paseo Marítimo, ideal for families with children or couples alone where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset.

All the decoration and furnishings have been prepared tastefully with our guests’ enjoyment in mind and ideal to spend your best summer season holidays as well as the winter season in coastal area of Benalmádena.

I personally enjoy to have a cup of cofee at sunrise, and have a cocktail at sunset at the balcony where I can also see the people walking in front of the boulevard. I have to admit it relaxes me very much.

Great sunrise location

We really appreciated the warm welcome and property tour given by Janet prior to settling in plus the accommodation for an early arrival.Our first impression was "this is better than the pictures'".The view out of the large front windows of the sea and beach was incredible.The apartment had all the amenities one could need.Hot water was plentiful with great pressure.Jorge the owner was very attentive and wanted to make sure we were OK.If we find ourselves in Benalmadena again we will certainly check the availability of this lovely place first.Thank you Jorge and Janet for our lovely vacation.

Best place I ever rented

About us: we are couple around 60 years old, USA. We came for beach and visit historical places around. Check-in: was very comfortable. We were given direct communication with property manager via WhatsUp. She replied immediately on each our call, she met us near the building entrance upon our arrival, gave us keys and remote for garage, and walked through everything needed for the stay - Thank you, Janet! Location: there couldn’t be better location. The building located across the street from the beach with palapas and beach chairs (14/day). There are tons of restaurants and small grocery supermarkets nearby. Apartment: truly 2 bedrooms 2 full bathrooms as described in VRBO. Living room has tinted glass wall facing sea. Each room and the kitchen have exits to the huge balcony with chairs and table. Furniture: comfortable beds in bedrooms and couches in living room. Smart TV and WiFi work great Appliences: air conditioner and all kitchen equipment work well. Though whirlpool doesn’t work, it still useful as a tub or shower

Excellent apartments and location

The property owner is very helpful. We were met by Janet the housekeeper who is amazing. Helped us check in. We were a little early so she allowed us leave the suitcases and enjoy the afternoon. Lovely spacious apartment. With everything you need.. home from home experience.
