Beautiful Bright 4 bed townhouse nr Camden Markets

Our home is a bright, spacious and stylish typical London Victorian townhouse/maisonette laid out over three floors. The ceilings are high with wooden floors in the hallway and lounge and carpeted in the bedrooms and stairway. The original wooden sash windows bring in a lot of natural light and wrought iron balconies add to the charm and character of the house. We have set everything up for your use and enjoyment.

FRONT
Front garden and bin store. Walkway with 3 steps leading up to the private front door which has a Nest Security Camera mounted on the wall for your security.

GROUND
Entrance and hallway leading into lounge, dinning area and kitchen. Our kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cutlery and plates, mugs, glasses and cooking utensils. We have a dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven, washer dryer and also a Tassimo coffee machine with complimentary Costa Coffee Pods and Cadbury's hot chocolate drinks as well as teas and sugar and milk for you to enjoy . We have also provided washing up liquid, detergents for washing machine and dishes as well as plenty of antibacterial wipes and sprays for your use.

For your safety we have provided a first aid kit, fire extinguisher and blanket in the kitchen area and for your enjoyment free WiFi and Netflix!

A very large master bedroom with upholstered king sized bed, double walnut wardrobe and chest of drawers and shower en-suite.
A separate spacious main bathroom with walk in shower and bath tub.

3 further spacious double bedrooms.

There is complimentary professionally laundered bedding, towels and toiletries as part of your stay.

Flat is decrepit and service appalling
The flat is in a terrible state of disrepair - the photos must be from a prior century. The stairs to the second and third floor are falling inwards. Two poorly maintained bathrooms are next to one another on the second floor and nowhere else. The stovetop is a handyman’s project. The hallways are unheated and doors must be kept closed to stay warm. The place is in incredible disrepair and the property management company, knowing literally nothing about me, threatened me with eviction for complaining and suggested I should stay at a hotel. I mistakenly thought they were in the hospitality business. Avoid this flat. Was thrilled to get out at the end of my stay. Just awful.
