A lovely swimming pool with sunbathing area. At the entrance of the building a green area with playground.
A cozy apartment with parquet flooring (85m2 + 9m large terrace) spacious with a perfect distribution, ideal for families. Sunny living room with two large sliding doors to the terrace, is composed of 3 large bedrooms, very comfortable for 6 people; 2 bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath), big kitchen with all appliances (washing machine, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, ...) elevator with direct access to the parking.
Sheets and towels included.
We will find an agreement for you arrival and departure days!

Family holiday

We have had a wonderful holiday. Barbara met us at the apartment and was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean and well equipped for a family of five. The pool area was clean and never too busy. The apartment was only a short walk to the beaches and the town centre which has many wonderful restaurants and shops. We would recommend this apartment.

Brilliant.

The apartment was excellent very clean and had everything we needed situated in a very nice area close to shops and supermarkets and only 10-15 minutes from the beach, we was met on arrival by Barbara she was "brilliant"... she showed us everything we needed to know about the property and recommend places to eat . We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this apartment

Excellent holiday home

We really enjoyed our stay in this holiday home. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It was late at night when we arrived but Barbara was there waiting for our taxi. We were given a very warm welcome and she took the time to show us round the apartment. The apartment was very well furnished and spacious. We would definitly recomend this accomodation to others. Barbara was a lovely host and was very helpful throughout our stay.

Wir sind rundum echt zufrieden. Für heisse Sommerzeiten ist die Klimatisierte „Stube“ und Essraum sehr gut. Ebenfalls sehr gut, dass im Elternschlafzimmer ein separates Badezimmer vorhanden ist. Ich kann es empfehlen.

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr saubere und zweckmäßige Wohnung die alles bot, was wir benötigen. Da das Wetter hervorragend war konnten wir sogar auf dem Balkon frühstücken.Sehr gut ist auch der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, sodass das Fahrzeug sicher abgestellt werden konnte.Die Kommunikation mit Barbara, der Vermieterin, war bereits im Vorfeld der Reise und während unseres Urlaubs sehr gut. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut, sie liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums, allerdings ist dieses zu Fuß in ein paar Minuten sehr gut erreichbar.

Die Wohnung ist schön und zweckmäßig für bis zu 6 Personen eingerichtet. Einzig den Verkehrslärm auf dem Balkon von der Straße nach Lloret de Mar muss man dort akzeptieren, man gewöhnt sich aber schnell daran :). Der Pool im Innenhof ist für die schnelle Erfrischung zwischendurch perfekt.

Propriétaire Barbara correcte et gentille, appartement bien avec ce qu'il faut manque juste un aspirateur, appartement situé côté rue avec un Epad et un parking voiture à côté, pas plus bruyant que ça mais aucune vue si ce n'est sur les deux points précédents... Quand a la ville Tossa !!! Accès par nationale avec que des virages donc faut pas être pressé vu la facon de conduire des espagnol, 90% de la population désagréable au possible certain ne faisant pas l'effort de parler espagnol ce contentant de répondre en Catalan et avec un langage des signes approximatif. La ville visitée en une soirée rien d'extraordinaire à voir, bien pour les plagistes mais si vous voulez voir du patrimoine culturel espagnol évitez ce coin, site réellement trop touristique, Lloret de mar, Blanes et Tossa de mar usine à faire dépenser des sous pour pas grand chose, trois lieux qui sont fait pour ce sentir comme partout en Europe et certainement pas comme en Espagne traditionnelle... Je ne reviendrai pas par la bas pas à cause de l'appartement mais juste a cause de la ville qui ne m'a pas du tout plus... Mais merci a Barbara pour sa gentillesse une bonne continuation à elle...😘

Bonjour Alain er Angelique, Je suis désolée d'apprendre que vous n'avez pas profité à 100% de vos vacances. Comme vous l'avez remarqué, je suis très attentif à mes clients et je leur facilite l'accès à la maison pour qu'ils n'aient pas à attendre. Je suis surpris de votre opinion sur l'appartement, alors que vous avez payé 27% de moins que le prix du marché, et ce au mois d'août. A aucun moment je n'ai précisé qu'il avait une vue sur la mer, cela aurait coûté deux fois plus cher. L' appartement fait 90m2, 3 chambres,... Je travaille avec 80% de clients réguliers qui renouvellent leurs séjours plusieurs années. Ne comparez pas Lloret avec Tossa. Je suis vraiment désolée que vous ayez eu des expériences avec des gens peu aimables. Ce n'est généralement pas le cas. Et si vous recherchez la culture, je suis surprise que vous souhaitiez que l'on vous parle en français. Revenez en Espagne pour donner une chance aux gens, pour vous convaincre qu'il y a de bonnes personnes ici aussi et pour profiter de cette région. Je vous souhaite le meilleur. Einfach nur schön.

Obwohl das Wetter nicht immer mitgespielt hat, war Tossa eine Reise wert. Die Wohnung liegt zwar außerhalb des Zentrums, aber nahe genug an allem, was man braucht. Nach einem kurzen Spaziergang erreicht man Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, eine sehr schöne Altstadt und den Strand. Die Festung ist sehenswert und die dortige Aussicht ist toll. Die Vermieterin ist einfach klasse. So unbürokratisch wie möglich, sehr freundlich und nett.

La casa es una maravilla, no parece vacacional sino para vivir en ella. Está muy nueva, bien cuidada, bonita decoración y con todos los utensilios y electrodomésticos que puedan necesitarse. Extremadamente limpia. El hecho de tener el párking con ascensor hasta la casa es otro gran punto a su favor. La piscina y los jardines están muy bien. La ubicación en Tossa es a 10 minutos a pie de la playa y de restaurantes y tiendas, en zona tranquila. Fácil acceso en coche desde otras localidades cercanas. Y por último pero no menos importante, el trato con Bárbara y su familia ha sido siempre maravilloso, muy atenta, eficiente, y pendiente de nosotros para ayudarnos en todo lo posible. Totalmente recomendable, la casa, los propietarios, y Tossa de Mar, para alojarse en la Costa Brava.

Super Apartment, ideal für Familien

Wir waren mit unseren 3 Teenagern in Tossa, das Apartment hatte, alles, was man für einen super Aufenthalt braucht inklusive einer sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberin. Lage ist prima, 10 min zur Altstadt und zum Strand. Ausstattung, insbesondere auch die Küchenutensilien, ist sehr gut. Wir haben sowohl auswärts (Reservieren in den Restaurants nahe der Burg empfohlen) gegessen als auch selbst gekocht. Brötchen gibt es morgens beim Bäcker und beim Supermarkt (mit toller Fischtheke), beides 5 min entfernt. ... und Tossa ist einer der schönsten Orte an der Costa Brava! Es war ein prima Urlaub!

Chère Barbara Nous vous remercions pour la qualité de votre accueil. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans un appartement qui offre tout le confort nécessaire conformément à la description annoncée. Tossa est une belle découverte pour nous où les gens sont très gentils et très civilisés. Comme il s’agit d’une station familiale, nous avons en particulier apprécié le calme et la proximité de tout: les restaurants, la plage, les supermarchés, etc. La pandémie n’a eu aucun effet sur la qualité de nos vacances car il y a peu de monde et les gens sont très respectueux des consignes (port de masque et distanciation). À une prochaine fois.

Well equipped, great location

Barbara is a great host and very helpful. Apartment very well equipped with everything you might need. Pool was especially nice and although shared with other units was never crowded. Location is great for wandering into Tossa with plenty of shops and amenities nearby.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Tossa de Mar

Très bon séjour

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par Barbara, qui est même venue nous chercher à la gare routière de Tossa. L'appartement est spacieux, bien agencé, bien décoré, tout le nécessaire de vie est présent. La résidence est calme. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Merci à Barbara.

Very good location

Apartments location was perfect for our family. Bus-station, supermarket, beach and shops, all in walking distance. Apartment also had all appliances you need and pool was never crowded. Garage was big plus, you don´t have to look for parking space or to be nervous about your car and it´s cool when you need to go some where with it. Owner Barbara was very friendly and and helpful. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour l'appartement et spacieux très bien équipé et adapté pour largement 6 personnes et notamment deux familles avec l'avantage d'avoir deux salles de bain Deux petits bémols C'est le bruit du matin dans la rue et la présence très nombreuses des moustiques L'avantage du côté rue c'est qu'on est à l'ombre et qu'on peut profiter pleinement de la terrasse

Je suis très heureux de savoir que vous avez profitez de vos vacances. C'est vrai, cette année il y a des moustiques par tous les côtés, avec les bouchons anti-moustiques il est facilement résolu. Ce qui me surprendce, c'est le bruit; c'est la première fois qu'ils me disent, comme c'est une route peu fréquentée. Les clients m'ont toujours dit qu'il est très calme. wonderful apartment

The apartment was terrific, very clean and modern and nicely decorated with all mod cons, there was also the communal pool which was never busy and an underground carpark. Only 5 mins walk from the nearest supermarket, 5-10 mins from the town centre and 10-15 mins from the beach. We had a brilliant holiday and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Barbara was very helpful when we arrived advising where best to shop etc.

Perfect location for a Tossa holiday

Great location four a family holiday, facilities great, plenty of outdoor space, great pool, apartment spacious with everything you need, no air-conditioning so a fan in each room would have been better! Barbara the host really helpful and accommodating. Short walk to supermarket some great restaurants and beach. Perfect place for a family holiday and a world away from its neighbour Loret which is tacky!

Excelente Apartamento y trato personal

Magnífico apartamento muy bien situado y con todos los servicios. Destacar el estado impecable tanto del apartamento como del mobiliario, así como su impoluta limpieza. Ideal para familias ambiente muy agradable, anotar que la zona común con piscina es lo que más han disfrutado las niñas. Hemos recibido muy buena atención por parte de Barbara, gracias :).

Hola a todos, Ante todo siento el retraso, me alegro mucho que le gustó mi apartamento y que habéis podido disfrutar al máximo vuestras vacaciones. Accueil très réussi

Super séjour : Très bon acceuil, la proprietaire très disponibles en cas de besoin. L'appartement est très bien situé et fidèle à la description, tous parfaits: les plages et les commerces sont très faciles d'accès. L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé: Wifi, TV,... spacieux avec une belle Terrassa et piscine.
