I am a professional live in the UK. I am very keen to promote eco-tourism. I have a diploma in hotel management, MBA and a PhD. I have worked six years in the hospitality industry and work at a researcher. I am very intersted in promoting toursim without affecting the enviornment. The property is ideally located in the middle of a natural habitat surrounded by mountains, peaks and paddy fields. This arena facilitate plenty of opportunity to interact with the nature it its original form where you can see wildlife such as peacock jogging around. The lush green paddy fields is a different experience especially during the monsoon season. There are pleny of natural activities such as hiking, cycling, jogging, interacting with the village life and culture leave the footprint in your heart when you say good bye to the property. Local sightseeing is highly advised. There are a number of tourist interests spots are around the area, the most famous of them are: Dam, Snake park, rock garden etc at Malapuzha, Tipu's Fort at Palakkad City Centre, Kanjirapuzha Dam, Silent Valley National Park, Dhony farm, Bharathapuzha, Attappady tribal village are some of the must see locations. Palakkad is culturally inherited and Kalpathy Ratholsav and music festival, Manappullikkav Vela, Chinakkathur pooram, Nenmara-Vallangi Vela, and Chembai Music festival etc some of the most renowned cultural events in the district.

It is ideal of group travellers, especially adventerous and budget travellers. Six people can be comfortably accommodated and space for another one or two. As you are paying for the entire property buddying up is very economical. Food can be arranged if requested in advance. Local transport and sight seeing can also be arranged. Ayurvedic massage and therapy can be arranged if requested in advance.
