It was really a great place to base yourself to visit other places in Devon and Cornwall Everything you need for your stay well equipped and very clean . A lot of noise from the restaurant down stairs at the weekend when the doors are opened but worth it for the view

The Gales annual visit

Property very clean and well presented. Contact with Phil the owner was really good and very helpful. RWY is an ideal place to holiday, plenty of surrounding restaurants and easy access to Plymouth.

new year

Property was comfortable very well equipped and located overlooking the Docks. More of a tourist venue which was supported by a number of large restaurants but little else. A good spot to visit Plymouth and surrounding area. Unfortunately as we booked over New Year all the restaurants closed at 11.00 pm leaving the area devoid of any nightlife. Hence a very flat NY.

I would have given excellent on everything, but unfortunately for us it was not perfect. Despite lots of planning and research we arrived to find there were five steps between the lift and the floor to the apartment. I am a powerchair user so this proved to be an issue meaning every time we left or returned my partner had to carry my chair up and down the steps whilst I managed on crutches. I did ask if it was possible to store my chair in the large area where the post boxes were, but I was informed that the residents would complain. We managed in a fashion, but it would prevent us from staying again. I would warn anyone with similar issues, but anyone with normal mobility would find it perfect I am sure especially its position.

Stunning apartment !

This apartment is stunning, it looks over the harbour which is lovely 😊, I would have given everything a ten ! But I was asked to go to an address to pick up my keys to the apartment and that would have been fine but it was 8miles in total out of my way and when you have been travelling for nearly 4hrs that was a little annoying, and just to say the oven did not look like it had been cleaned from previous tenants . There where just a few cleaning issues but overall you can forgive as it’s a beautiful apartment.

Great place to stay.

Very clean and modern. Fab view from the balcony. Good places to eat and drink only a few minutes walk away. Foot ferry nearby. There's even a beach, through the stone arch near the car park, 3 minute walk away.

Kortom we hadden nergens anders willen verblijven.

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location!

I booked this apartment to celebrate my husbands birthday, and it was a very modern space with restaurants and bars close by, and set along the docks with the sea as the backdrop - simply perfect. The owner was very helpful when we needed a last minute car parking space, and the welcome package was a very nice touch to the booking. I would definitely recommend this place during the summer months as the apartment was nice and cooling especially with the juliet balcony open :)

Nice Place

This is a very nice place that matches the pictures and description. Our only problem was that the central heating did not work and it was cold. We did report the issue. The next day we were told that it had been checked and was working and were once again given the same usage instructions. Unfortunately the heating did not work and subsequently sat in our jackets during the evening to keep warm!
