The host is very friendly and uncomplicated. The location of the house is very good and close to a grocery store. The hous is exactly as on the photos. Have fun on your vacation in this beautiful house!

We are a family of 5 (children 9,13,14) We had a wonderful stay at the Mezzavia house

We are a family of 5 (children 9,13,14) We had a wonderful stay at the Mezzavia house. The large garden and big pool being the big plus. The owners are very friendly and helpfull. When we had a question the response was quick by whatsapp. They live not so far from the premises so, when needed arrive quickly. In our case we had some problems with the wifi. They responded quick and took care of it and we had good wifi again. The pool is cleaned daily and towels and bed linen included. The surrounding area has a lot of forrest and nice Tuscany views. There are two small Villages directly in the neighborhood, one up the hill (Abbadia San Salvatore) and one more down. You will be needing a car to move around here. We visited some towns nearby and also a bit further, like Pienza, Montalcino (winetasting) and ofcourse Siena. We also had a walk in the forrest near Castiglione d' Orcia. On the premises (not in the house ;-) ) we had some kittens that sometimes you will see chasing eachother and give you some attention when having dinner outside. the premises is on a private road and you have more than enough privacy. All in all we had great stay and can recommend this place if you want a relaxed place with a spacious pool. recommendations: We had our own coffee machine with us. But if we would not have, that would be a miss. We did not find one. Thanks Antonia for the being such a kind and friendly host! Maybe we will visit again. Diederik Willems

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Il posto è molto curato, tranquillo e perfetto per chi desidera rilassarsi e godere di un po’ di privacy. La piscina ad uso esclusivo è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza: poterla utilizzare in totale tranquillità rende l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche il clima piacevole e l’atmosfera rilassante del luogo. Tutto è pensato e mantenuto con grande cura, creando un ambiente accogliente in cui è facile sentirsi subito a proprio agio. Un plauso anche ai proprietari, gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti a venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Un aspetto che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato è che la struttura è ideale anche per chi viaggia con il proprio cane: gli spazi e la grande privacy permettono di trascorrere la vacanza in totale serenità, senza rinunciare alla compagnia del proprio amico a quattro zampe. Anche il nostro ha apprezzato moltissimo il soggiorno! Un posto ideale per staccare dalla routine e godersi qualche giorno di completo relax, insieme a tutta la famiglia… zampe comprese! Consigliatissimo!

Außergewöhnlich schönes Anwesen; sehr ruhig gelegen; sehr viel Platz; toller, großer Pool; Haus und Grundstück mit viel Geschmack und Liebe angelegt und ausgestattet. Antonia kümmert sich liebevoll jeden Morgen um den Garten und den Pool. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und im Bedarfsfalle sehr gut erreichbar. Es ist alles gut durchdacht. Das ideale Ferienhaus für einen erholsamen Urlaub mit Hunden oder Kindern.

Propriété Très agréable Très bien équipée et un cadre splendide donnant sur les paysages toscans. Le jardin est très charmant , très agréable. La Propriétaire est très attentive, réactive et efficace.
