What a beautiful place to stay!

Nice decorated old house, lovely swimming pool cleaned by lovely Pepe! Arriving at the house is everytime a joy, passing very old olive trees and sheeps. Great area to sit outside, with bbq area. Only 4 minutes by car from Pollenca centre. We liked Pollenca a lot. Don’t hesitate to book this place. Owl booking is very co operate . Thanks for staying.

Amazing place surrounded by nature

Great house to stay with the whole family. The pool was the heart of the house, with the amazing shape-ideal to play for kids. Everything was clean and comfortable. Maybe some cushions to put on a chairs outside on a terrace.

Our stay at Villa Lloberina

A lovely characterful villa, a bit remote, but very peaceful. A car a necessity. Exceptionally hot weather made it a bit uncomfortable, but good communications with Owl letting agency resulted in 2 large fans being delivered which greatly helped.

The property is very beautiful and the pool lovely however we had so many issues with wasps and mosquitos. our little 4 year old had over 100 bites. We found it very difficult to sit outside with any food and this really spoilt our enjoyment. Also we were really suprised by the lack of cleaning provisions. We had to buy cloths, sacks, dishwaher tablets etc. We had to leave all this behind and assume that the cleaners keep all this stuff rather than leave for the next people. I understand that food items need to be removed but in other places we have stayed there is usually store cupboard items. We had to purchase a whole store cupboard of items which we left and do hope that others will be able to use.

Dear Anne, Thank you very much for your detailed feedback. We are truly sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused by the mosquitos and wasps during your stay. As the villa is located in a rural area, this can unfortunately happen, and we always recommend using repellent to make the stay more comfortable. Regarding the household items, we provide a welcome pack with some basic cleaning essentials. In addition, items that are left over and still in good condition are kept in the villa for future guests to use. When it comes to food, we kindly suggest making a supermarket purchase with everything necessary for the stay. We are happy to know that you found the property beautiful and the pool lovely, and we will take your comments into account to keep improving. Best regards, The Owl Booking Team
