On the outskirts, 10 km from the centre of Villajoyosa, outside the resort, 11 km from the centre of El Campello, in the district Venta Lanuza, in a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), terraced garden, swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, children's playground, communal covered parking at the house. Supermarket 10 km, bar 10 km, pebble beach "Plya de las palmeras" 200 m. Walking paths from the house 100 m. Nearby attractions: Alicante 24 km, Aeropuerto Alicante 36 km, Terramitica Benidorm 18 km, Terranatura Benidorm 18 km, Aqualandia Benidorm 22 km, Mundomar Benidorm 22 km.
