About this property

Two-bedroom apartment located inside a residential complex with pool in Manerba del Garda.

The apartment consists of a large air-conditioned living area with lake view, equipped with two comfortable sofas, dining table with chairs and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, juicer, american coffee machine and toaster.
The living room overlooks the beautiful sun-covered patio and garden from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the lake; the patio is equipped with a dining table and outdoor chairs. The apartment continues with the double bedroom, the second bedroom with 2 bunk beds and the bathroom with shower, sink, bidet, toilet and washing machine.
Guests can benefit from amenities such as private parking, Wi-Fi and swimming pool.

The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of Valtenesi hills and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda olive oil and D.O.C. wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake and place to take pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.

The apartment is about 20 minutes by car from the Desenzano train station and about 40 minutes from the airport.

Erholung für alle

Alles so wie beschrieben. Wohnung alles gut (ausreichend Geschirr etc, nur die Pfannen könnten mal erneuert werden), tolle Lage und super Blick von der Terrasse auf den See. Grünfläche vor der Terrasse gut für die vorhandenen Liegen/ Stühle nutzbar. Entspannter Urlaub. Gute Restaurants in Moniga!

Wohnung mit Seeblick

Wir hatten im Oktober eine schöne Zeit am Gardasee. Der Ausblick ist wirklich klasse. Die Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss und ist für 4 Personen groß genug. Die Fenster der Wohnung sind ungewöhnlich klein, so dass sie nicht sehr hell ist. Durch die Terrassentür ist man aber schnell draußen. An der Seite ist auch ein kleiner Balkon. Das Schlafzimmer mit dem Doppelbett hat keine richtigen Fenster, sondern nur Glasbausteine in 2,10 Höhe, die dann zum Wohnzimmer gehen. Die Ausstattung ist nicht optimal. Es waren nur 3 passende Stühle da. Die Wohnung verfügt nicht über einen richtigen Ofen, im Wasserkocher passen wohl nur 250 ml.Die Waschmaschine war leider defekt und konnte während unseres Aufenthalts nicht repariert werden (bei unserer Ankunft war eine noch feuchte Wolldecke über einem Stuhl, so dass davon auszugehen ist, dass es bekannt war, dass die Maschine nicht wäscht und der Inhalt nur nass aber nicht sauber wird). Der auf den Fotos abgebildete Weinkühlschrank funktioniert nicht. TV-Empfang nur italienische Sender. Die Vermieteragentur ist total freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wirklich klasse!
