Every single family member, 18 of us, very much enjoyed our stay

Every single family member, 18 of us, very much enjoyed our stay. The views are incredible and sunsets are stunning! The pool is great, kids played for hours in it. The bedrooms are all comfy and well air conditioned. The kitchen is very well equipped for 18. The location is slightly challenging but worth it for those views. We went down into Santa Maria di Castellabate most days to restaurants or the beaches. I highly recommend this villa and 'Summer in Italy' who were always responsive and attentive. Great company - everything was smooth and easy. Communication great. I booked as I prefer not to go through large companies. There was definitely a more personal touch with Summer In Italy.

Amazing stay

Amazing stay. View is breathtaking, the house is very well maintained and had everything we needed. Angela [the caretaker] was great with us as well as her husband. Communication was easy, everything went super smooth. Location was great with a car. Great beaches, cultural visits, able to find everything in local stores. Area of the best burrata. We ate and drank well. Really memorable family vacation. We booked with Summer in Italy. No regrets.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful villa

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this beautiful villa. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The villa itself is absolutely stunning. It was incredibly spacious, so clean, beautifully maintained, and decorated with so much charm and vibrant Italian style. It had everything we needed and more. Every bedroom had its own generously sized bathroom, which was such an amazing feature and made the home so comfortable for our entire family. The wonderful woman who came each day to help clean and tidy up was incredibly sweet and kind and made our stay even more comfortable. The owner also recommended two amazing personal chefs, the sweetest women, who prepared dinner for us a couple of nights, and the meals and experience were fantastic! It was such a special addition to our stay. The outdoor space was equally breathtaking. The beautifully maintained grounds, gorgeous patio, and incredible pool truly made it feel like our own private Italian oasis. And the sunsets were absolutely spectacular! The location was also fantastic. We were just minutes from the beach by car and had easy access to everything we needed, including great restaurants, piazzas, and more. This villa truly made our summer vacation in Italy with family so special. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would come back again and again without hesitation, in fact, we’re already talking about our next visit! A beautiful Italian oasis and an unforgettable stay!

We had a lovely holiday in the villa, spacious and clean. The pool was great for the children. The views are amazing and there is so much space it was ideal or a large family. Summer in Italy are so helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous villa. We were in the area for a wedding and loved the gorgeous view and lovely outdoor space. We had groceries purchased for us and everything was perfect. The pool was lovely and we spent most of our time outside.

We had a Good stay. It was a great House and Good pool. Bigger than on the pictures. The view was stunning, and there is ses view on most of the the rooms.

The view was terrific. Outdoor seating area was large with plenty of room for a large group. The whole outdoor setting with pool and view was just perfect. Indoor was bright, plenty of space, very clean. Loved it!

The location is beautiful, halfway between Castellabate and Santa Maria di Castellabate by the sea. The villa was spotless clean, and common areas were really well-maintained and spacious. There were 12 of us and we always ate comfortably, both indoor and outdoor on the patio. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and always available for our every request. First time we booked with Summer In Italy. Perfect organization, even early check-in/late check-out upon our request. Strongly recommended.

Villa Gaia was a fantastic discovery

Villa Gaia was a fantastic discovery! It has been recently built and equipped with every comfort. All the 9 bedrooms and the other indoor areas are equipped with air conditioning. There were 18 of us and we were perfectly at ease. Everything is perfect. Summer In Italy assistance was exceptional from the first contact. I discovered them searching for holiday homes on the net and I am so happy to have found them. Also, Mrs. Angela [the caretaker] who followed us during the stay added further value to the holiday with her smile, availability and kindness. We will be back!
