The Hay Barn was a comfortable cottage in a lovely little village. We really enjoyed the peace a quite of the location and loved the atmosphere of the village pub. We did have issues communicating with Sykes Cottages before the trip because using the communication feature of their app did not work from overseas. However, once we got a hold of them, they were easy to work with. Don’t use Google Maps to find the cottage as it will take you to the wrong place (we made that mistake). The owners supply really good driving directions, so make sure you use them. Overall, we had a really good experience and would stay there again.
