Pretty! But not perfect.
First of all, the views are stunning and it looks exactly like the pictures!! However, as previous reviews have stated, I feel as if it could be managed better. We were given 2 rolls of toilet paper for 3 people and 3 bathrooms. The soaps were refilled with water, not soap. The washer/dryer (combo, one machine) did not work. The kettle didn’t work. We got 2 coffee pods for a 5 night stay. The beds were pretty, but you could feel every spring. There is ONLY AC IN THE BEDROOMS!! Which was okay now, but I can’t imagine it being enjoyable in the summer. And yes, it’s on a hill…but you’re in Porto, so get used to it haha—Ubers can drop you off right at the top, it really wasn’t an issue! Communication with the host was easy via WhatsApp…and god bless they answered at all weird hours given our late arrival and time change. So that being said, they were responsive and brought more toilet paper and I appreciate their efforts! Just think if they were a little more prepared on the front end, it’d be a better experience over all.
