The residence is a new and elegant construction located in the commercial tourist centre of Riccione, a few steps from the sea and the very central via Dante and viale Ceccarini.

The apartments have been furnished comfortably in order to make our guests feel at home and find on holidays as well all comforts which they are used to. The appartments are equipped with air conditioning, multi-function shower cabin, direct phone, TV sat 20', wi-fi, safe and large balconies. Modern kitchens are equipped with large freezers and ovens.

Car parking is always available inside the garage (upon reservation, 12 euro per day).

Our guests have a swimmingpool at their disposal at circa 150mt from the residence.
