do not let the pictures fool you

The location is really good. Service via WhatsApp was swift once you make very clear that something needs to be done. The villa is much more outdated and worn than it appears in the photos. There were broken tiles in the pool area that had been temporarily repaired with tape, which was already peeling off. The table tennis net was broken and remained unrepaired throughout our stay. The dishwasher was not working and took several days to get fixed. The fridge was also leaking and could not be repaired during our stay, so we were simply told to put towels on the floor to soak up the water. Overall, the villa is not nearly as nice as it looks in the pictures and is quite run-down in several areas. In our opinion, it simply wasn’t worth the money we paid.

Great spot good people.

Great place, responsive management to our requests. In between Protaras and Ayia Napa. Ocean out front accessible bring beach shoes, rocky. Walk the trail to Konnos, do the walk to a hidden gem of a beach.

Great place in summer

View, house Hot water, sometimes were and sometimes did not (the booster did not help). During winter, there is not much sun in the garden, pool heated for 3 days after was able to use.
