What I did like was ease of parking outside. What I didn't like was that I wasn't made aware that the room was in the back garden, having to walk past the smelly bins to the apartment, I could not open the windows because of this. the light switch for the upstairs bedroom, was no way near the bedroom, it was located on the stairs - so you cannot switch off once you're in the bedroom!, and there is only 1 working electricity socket in the bedroom too...very dangerous.
