Die winterlichen Temperaturen und der Sturm haben unseren Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt. So konnten wir die Balkone kaum nutzen, an den Pool nicht zu denken.Die Vivienda 2 ist sehr geschmackvoll gestaltet. Ohne den Gasofen hätten wir nicht überlebt. Die untere Wohnung erscheint weniger einladend, die Bäder eisekalt.Die Einzellage in der ländlichen Umgebung mit dem Rundumausblick hervorragend. Erwähnenswert das Restaurant in Gehweite.

Empfehlenswertes Appartement

Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter funktionierte hervorragend. Die Anreise mit einem Mietwagen war problemlos möglich. Auch der Check-In verlief reibungslos. Das Apartment streckt sich über zwei Etagen, ist großzügig geschnitten und ideal für 4 Personen. Die Küche und die Bäder sind komplett ausgestattet. Auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren vorhanden. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können das Appartement besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!

Es stimmte alles!!!

wir waren vom 08.03.2020 bis 15.03.2020 dort. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und geräumig. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist einmalig, mit Blick aufs Meer und sehr ruhig. Wir sind sehr erholt nach Hause gekommen und werden dieses Haus sicher wieder buchen!

Bonne situation pour visiter cette ile passionnante , nous avons très peu vu le propriétaire, maison bien équipée on a fait de la cuisine tout les soirs , dans le bâtiment il y a 3 locations la notre était au centre et sur deux niveaux pas bien préciser dans l'annonce nous n'avons pas utiliser la piscine , trop frais en janvier. la situation à l'extérieur du village fait que c'est très calme et reposant.

The real deal

I was lovely to be smack bang in the middle of Lanzarote, on a peaceful road with fantastic views. When we return we would definitely want to stay here again. We are thinking of bringing our families and hopefully get the whole property. It is a brilliant place from which to explore and the pool, though chilly, was fab. Of a minor annoyance were the ants in the kitchen but it just meant that we kept the place clean. Jaquin responded to our one issue immediately, when there was a power cut in the area, and otherwise a brilliant place. Aidan & Magda

La maison est confortable, lumineuse, au calme. Très belle vue de tous côtés. Bonne localisation pour la visite complète de l'île.Joaquin est très réactif aux demandes. Deux suggestions: - mettre un numéro visible à l'entrée ( pas évident lorsqu'on arrive de nuit) - prévenir dans la description de la maison que l'escalier extérieur n'est pas protégé

Lovely views, pity about the ants

This property, in general is excellent for the price. However, we did suffer with small nipping ants in our beds at night in the downstairs bedroom, even though we did spray both in the room and on the adjacent terrace from which they seemed to originate. No food was consumed or present in this downstairs room. We have informed the owner and hopefully he will try to fix this problem which prevents us from fully recommending the property.

Villa très agréable, calme et bien située

Une très belle semaine dans une île exceptionnelle ! Paysages multicolores fabuleux : plages sauvages, volcans bruts, maisons d’un blanc immaculé, palmiers etc. Merci Joaquin pour les conseils de petites randonnées sur les volcans. Météo décevante avec bcp de vent et de nuages, mais de belles éclaircies quand même. Maison Ayla 2 très fonctionnelle, un peu fraîche à cette saison. Il y a bien lave vaisselle + lave linge, mais le lave linge est accessible par l’extérieur et il faut payer 2€. Emplacement de la maison central sur l’île donc on peut facilement accéder partout. Nous avons été fascinés par cette île et y reviendrons certainement !

Quiet rural house, well situated for discovering the island, a car is necessary. Can be a bit chilly in the evening, the fireplace made it comfortable. Very friendly and helpful host.

Eine tolle Anlage mit einer gigantischen Aussicht

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber. Die Wohnung, die über zwei Stockwerke geht, ist sehr geräumig und verfügt über eine fantastische Aussicht bis zum Meer. Die Betten sind bequem und auch die Kinder haben gut in dem unteren Zimmer geschlafen. Alles an Geschirr etc. und was man so braucht ist vorhanden und tip top. Da hier oft der Wind sehr stark weht, haben wir die "untere" Terrasse bei den Kindern zum Frühstücken genutzt. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das (Eltern-) Schlafzimmer mit Sitzecke, Wohnzimmer mit TV (viele deutsche Sender), Küche und ein Balkon. Das untere Bad ist mit Waschbecken, Dusche und WC und das obere mit einer Badewanne, 2 Waschbecken, WC und Bidet ausgestattet. WLAN funktioniert überall in der Wohnung. Der Pool ist schön tief, sehr gepflegt und lädt auch bei Wind zum Baden ein. In Teguise (einige Fahrminuten entfernt) gibt es im Supermarkt jeden Morgen frische Brötchen (auch Vollkorn). In Teseguite selbst gibt es keine Restaurants oder Supermärkte dafür aber in Teguise einige sehr gute Lokale. Alles in allem können wir die Wohnung sehr empfehlen und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!
