5 min drive to Liverpool City Centre & Albert Dock, 5 min walk to University of Liverpool! 10 min drive to Liverpool & Everton Football grounds.

My property is modern and bright and comfortably sleeps 2 people.

It is spread over 4 floors and has 3 bathrooms (1 on ground floor).

Lovely house for a weekend

Stayed here for a family wedding and suited us well. Nice clean simple bedrooms, small but nice shower rooms. Small house but all we needed. Only issue was we had three cars and only one permit, so had the park a few streets away. The communication with the owner was slow over questions about parking and missing items after we had left.

Process and accomodation were all excellent. Owner was on hsnd and quick to answer anything. House was very clean and great for our needs. Our son had a superb 21st. Thank you

Great place for a large group & excellent host

Great location as it's a 3-5 min drive or taxi to the city centre. Has everything available, needed to have a comfortable stay. Host was excellent with my millions of questions I had. Highly recommend and would stay in this accommodation again.
