Cosy apartment (heart of Bolzano): Classic

Quiet house, at the third floor (4th floor according the USA floor numbering scheme) of a commonhold building, served by a lift, with an ample balcony that overlooks the commonhold fenced garden.

Made up of kitchen, living room, double bedroom, bathroom, corridor and balcony.
Ideal for couples and families.
Convenient also for those arriving by train.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a fridge, an induction stove, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

Meals and breakfast are not provided.

In the living room/kitchen there is a sofa bed (mattress width: 140 cm [55 in]) and a 43 inch full HD TV (Italian and German channels).

The bathroom has a large multifunction shower cabin, bidet and hairdryer.

In the laundry room there is a 6 kg washing machine.

At guests' disposal, pots and pans, bed linen, towels, soap and toilet paper.

Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi in the apartment (during the cold period of the year, air conditioning may be unavailable).

A travel cot, complete with sheets, and a table booster seat for a baby are available on request.

Die Wohnung liegt ideal für Bergtouren, Stadtbesichtigung und Städtereisen, die Vermieter sind gut erreichbar und kümmern sich auch alles - und vor allem haben Fabio und Anna auch bei der Einrichtung der Wohnung an alles gedacht. Die beste Ferienwohnung, die wir bisher besucht haben!
