Beautiful FAMILY Condo Steps From Beach & Boardwalk. No prom/graduation parties.

Now accepting reservations for the 2026 season. Book your summer getaway today! Please no group parties allowed including prom, graduation, bachelor or bachelorette as this is a family-friendly condo.

Enjoy the family beach vacation you've always imagined in our newly updated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath family condo, just steps from Wildwood's famous beach, boardwalk, and convention center. Great for kids and big families. Beautiful LARGE resurfaced covered deck with separate recently-updated outdoor dining and seating areas, great for morning coffee, outdoor dining, and family get-togethers for views of Friday fireworks. In-unit washer and dryer, new refrigerator and dishwasher and updated central air & heating system throughout. Beautiful private outdoor shower. Off-street parking and garage space for 3 cars total.

Living area: Spacious, open, and bright just-updated full kitchen and living area with freshly polished hardwood floors throughout. Brand new toaster, coffee maker, and KEURIG machine. We also have a high chair available. BRAND NEW comfortable queen sleeper sofa with matching loveseat and large comfortable chair, dining table, and giant TV. Bright shared bathroom in main hallway with tub/shower combo. Hairdryer and curling iron available for use.

Bedrooms: 1 bedroom with brand new comfortable queen bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds and trundle plus a twin bed, both with large closets. Primary suite with brand new king bed, 2 large closets, and private master bathroom with spacious shower. Hardwood floors and ceiling fans in bedrooms except room with bunk beds . WiFi and cable service also available.

Saturday to Saturday weekly rental or weekend rental outside of prime season available . Check-in 3 PM on first day, check-out 10 AM on last day.

Wonderful family shore vacation!

We loved our stay here! It was big enough for the whole family and close to all of the things we like to do in Wildwood! Plenty of parking and nice beach items there to share. Me, my sister and our daughters decided to do a last minute beach getaway for Labor Day weekend. This property couldn't have worked better for us! So close to the beach and boardwalk! And, the house had every amenity you could need! What a pleasure to have the availability of beach chairs, a beach umbrella (and hole digger), cooler and wagon to haul it all to the beach! Wildwood Getaway

Now that we have our own beach condo, we want to help other families get the same great experiences we had. We love the bustling boardwalk, great sandy beaches, and beautiful water. There's nothing better than riding a bike along the boardwalk to get some coffee, see the sunrise, grab lunch, or just get some exercise. We hope you and your family fall in love, just like we did!

Why they chose this property

We love our Wildwood condo because it's the best of all worlds. It's spacious, bright, and open on the inside, less than a block to the boardwalk for fun and games and great food, and a short walk to the beach to catch some rays and go for a swim. It satisfies everything we love about the beaches of New Jersey - a private, comfortable retreat close to all the action-packed fun of the boardwalk and water parks and beaches. We purchased the condo in 2016 so we love exploring and finding all the amazing stores and restaurants and beach-front bars in the area too, and would love for you to experience all it has to offer.

What makes this property unique

The covered HUGE deck is our favorite part of the condo - its size and views can't be beat. We set up both outdoor seating and dining areas to be able to use it all day and night. Whether relaxing with a cup of coffee and taking in the sights and smells of the beautiful ocean air, or enjoying an outdoor dinner with the family at sunset, we could spend all day on our deck. When you're not at the beach, boardwalk, or great area restaurants, you'll love getting as much use out of the covered deck as possible.
