Ancien garage réhabilité en appartement.Le plus : Hébergement bien situé, la piscine est très appréciable.Le logement est bien équipé. Le moins: dommage que la terrasse soit sur le parking.

Désolé, mais l'appartement n'a jamais été un parking ni n'a été transformé, et il a son certificat d'occupation correspondant et la terrasse a une vue directe sur la mer et la baie de Roses, merci pour vos commentaires
