Villa with pool and BBQ for 10 people

Villa with a private pool and BBQ, featuring 5 bedrooms that sleep 10 guests. It includes 4 single beds, 2 double beds, and 1 sofa bed in a separate apartment. It also has all kinds of kitchenware and appliances to make your stay as comfortable as possible (washing machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove, vacuum cleaner, iron, etc.). It features several landscaped areas and a car park with space for 5–6 cars. The villa is situated on a mountainside at the foot of the Sierra de Gredos, offering sweeping views of the entire valley and surrounded by nature.
The outdoor area features several seating areas... a garden next to the pool, an outdoor gazebo/dining area, a BBQ, and an outdoor terrace for dining sheltered from the rain or sun, as well as a small apartment on the lower level of the villa where you can enjoy a recreation room (full-size foosball table, darts, TV...). Ideal for families. NO PARTIES OR BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES ALLOWED!!!
In the surrounding area, there are countless hiking, biking, and motorcycle routes through beautiful landscapes.
Just a few kilometres away are several points of interest, such as the Burguillo Reservoir (10-minute drive) and the San Juan Reservoir (10-minute drive), as well as the Toros de Guisando (3-minute drive)...
Upon arrival, you’ll be required to provide a security deposit of at least €400.

Unos días en familia para repetir

El alojamiento muy bien cuidado, toda la casa muy bonita y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos días tranquilos en familia. El paisaje para ello inmejorable. Tanto Javier, el dueño como Rocio, la chica que nos ha cuidado tan bien, son encantadores y muy atentos. Sin duda volveremos si ellos nos dejan.

Finde rural

Muy buen chalet para pasar unos días de campo con lo amigos. La zona es muy tranquila, la parcela es grande y la casa está perfectamente equipada. Éramos 10 y estuvimos muy cómodos. Javier nos ayudo con todo para que nuestra estancia fuera lo más agradable posible. Nos quedamos con las ganas de repetir en verano para disfrutar de la piscina.
