This apartment and the building were completely renovated in 2019. The apartment is equipped to accommodate 4-6 people . The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, a spacious and bright living room, with access to the balcony overlooking the sea, and an American kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and a terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. The price includes all utilities, initial and final cleaning, sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Agreements are in place to obtain discounts on the rental of cars, scooters, bicycles and ferries. Less than 50 meters you can find shops, bars and grocery stores. During the stay no tourist services such as linen changes and periodic cleaning are provided.

Die Wohnung liegt wunderschön direkt an der Strandpromenade von Es Pujols.Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet.Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin und der Check in verliefen ohne Probleme sehr gut. Kritikpunkte gibt es keine.

APPARTAMENTO FRONTE MARE ES PUJOLS

Vacanza "solitaria" nel mese di ottobre. Appartamento al primo piano dell'edificio Espardell, con splendida vista mare a Es Pujols, pulito. Cucina dotata di tutti gli utensili necessari (e anche di più), lavatrice compresa. Presente anche asse e ferro da stiro. Due camere e due bagni, entrambi con doccia, ben ammobiliati e con cura. Una delle due camere ha il bagno privato (con doccia più piccola rispetto all'altro bagno ma comunque confortevole). Il soggiorno/cucina ha una porta finestra dalla quale si ha una splendida vista sul mare e sul lungomare di Es Pujols e un divano letto per altre due persone. Tra armadi (uno per ciascuna camera e uno lungo il corridoio). Aria condizionata presente nelle due camere e nel soggiorno. Posizione perfetta, sul lungomare di Es Pujols (in alta stagione però, vista la posizione , ci sarà sicuramente maggior disturbo dalla movida rispetto ad ottobre). Appartamento ideale sia per famiglie, specie fuori stagione, che per gruppo o coppie di amici. La signora che provvede al check in é molto disponibile e gentile. L'unica pecca è l'assenza del wifi (anche se non ne ho sentito molto la mancanza). Nel complesso ottimo appartamento, il cui valore aggiunto è la splendida vista sul mare. Da ritornarci il prossimo anno con tutta la famiglia!!!

Einzigartiger Ausblick - wir kommen wieder!

Die Wohnung befindet sich in bester Lage. Man kann vom Hafen aus problemlos mit dem normalen Linienbus anreisen. Supermärkte befinden sich in der Nähe, sind allerdings sehr teuer. Fahrradverleih direkt vor der Haustür. Die Küche ist, wie die gesamte Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben bewusst im Wohnzimmer geschlafen, weil man dort nicht nur einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer hat, sondern morgens den Sonnenaufgang sehen kann - die Matratzen sind dort auch deutlich komfortabler.

Newly renovated apartment in an excellent location!

This newly renovated apartment is right on the Sea. You never tire of the view and people watching from the patio. Apartment is clean and was very comfortable for my husband and I. There are no supplies provided except for one set of garbage and recycling bags and dish washing soap. You will need to buy hand soap for bathrooms and cooking condiments like spices, olive oil, coffee, etc. There are two small grocery stores within 4 minutes, but if you take the L1 Bus to Sant Francisco, there is a larger supermakert called Eroski. Easy to get around the Island with different bus services offered. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to stay in Es Pujols.

Fantastica posizione fronte mare

L'appartamento si trova in posizione eccezionale, a soli 3 metri dalla spiaggia di Espujols. Di sera è uno spettacolo vedere il passeggio sul tipico mercatino dal terrazzo, rinfrescati costantamente da una piacevolissima brezza. L'appartamento è piacevolmente arredato in stile spagnolo, è molto vivibile e comfortevole con aria condizionata nelle camere da letto.

Vista sul mare!

L'appartamento si trova nel centro di Es Pujol vicinissimo a tutti i servizi, ma per chi cerca la tranquillità non è forse il posto più adatto. La casa é in un edificio attaccato ad un ristorante ed inevitabilmente l'odore della cucina si sente appena entrati nell'androne. La casa é provvista di ventole ed aria condizionata, molto basica ma con tutto ciò che serve. La persona che provvede al check in é molto disponibile e gentile.

Comodo e vicino a tutto

L'appartamento è comodissimo: attaccato alla spiaggia, con bar, ristoranti, negozi, noleggi, e discoteche (specialmente il Pineta) alla massima distanza di 10/15 minuti. Anche la fermata dei bus è abbastanza vicina e comoda per raggiungere le mete più lontane da Es Pujols come ad esempio Calò des Morts. Ses Illetes è raggiungibile in bicicletta in una ventina di minuti se non si vuole essere vincolati da orari. Inoltre il contatto della host a Formentera è stato molto carino è disponibile. Consiglio!!

Bellissima esperienza da ripetere

Appartamento fronte mare ideale, comodo ai negozi e a tutti i servizi. Balcone vivibile a 5 metri dalla spiaggia, da cui si può godere un incantevole panorama. L'appartamento ha due camere da letto, un ampio soggiorno, un bagno ed una cucina ottimamente attrezzata. Può ospitare comodamente due coppie con figli o gruppi di amici sino a 6 persone. Spero di poterci ritornare, lo consiglierei ai miei amici.

Appartamento fronte mare

Appartamento spazioso dotato di 2 camere da letto ed 1 bagno. La vista da cui si gode affacciandosi al balcone non ha eguali, in pieno centro, sulla passeggiata di Es Pujol , ma lontano da tutto il caos. Peccato non sia a disposizione una lavatrice che farebbe molto comodo. L'appartamento può ospitare fino a 6 persone e per gruppi di amici è la soluzione perfetta. Noi (2 coppie ed 1 bimbo )ci siamo trovati molto bene.

stupendo appartamento ad es pujols

appartamento bellissimo comodo e funzionale! situato sul lungomare di es pujols propone una terrazza dove è possibile anche mangiare, con uno splendido affaccio sulla spiaggia. l'appartamento si trova nel pieno centro di es pujols e qualsiasi tipo di bar, ristorante, locale per il dopo cena, negozio di ogni genere è raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti. sia la proprietaria che la persona che ci ha atteso ad es pujols sono due persone estremamente gentili cordiali e disponibili, grazie alle indicazioni della proprietaria abbiamo facilmente raggiunto l'appartamento inoltre abbiamo potuto usufruire di una conveniente convenzione con un noleggio moto vicino all'appartamento. insomma è stato tutto veramente perfetto ed il nostro soggiorno è stato indimenticabile!
