Located in the heart of Wilson on Fish Creek Road. Large property (7 acres) with views of Sleeping Indian and access to Phillips Ridge. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, renovated in 2014. Large primary bedroom and bath located at the far end of house for maximum privacy. Primary bedroom has its own private deck and antique clawfoot tub with outdoor wood burning stove. Second bedroom is a loft overlooking living room and pond. To access second bedroom, guest go up a spiral staircase. Please make sure you are comfortable with staircases prior to booking.

Unique access to gorgeous Fish Creek and only 15 minutes from Jackson ski resort and Town Square.

This historic property was the heart of the original ranch once owned by the Rockefellers. The entire property is surrounded by water. The main house is approximately 2,500 sq ft and overlooks a 2 acre pond with braided streams throughout. The 7 acre property is shared by two homes: The main house and a guesthouse next door. The guesthouse can also be rented.

The main house has its own unique and private sanctuary overlooking the pond and wildlife. This property is a nature lover's paradise. Surrounded by conservation easements, enjoy its quiet privacy. The home is furnished with high-end antiques, piano, fine art, and linens. Complete turn-key.

After combing every square inch of Jackson, Wilson, Teton Village, and beyond the owners found a rare gem nestled in a historic ranch.

The property was orginally abandoned, but had so much charm that secret gardens began revealing themselves to the owners.

The owners are multigenerational Wyoming and Texas, both entrepreneurs and artists. This is thier beloved home and sanctuary that they feel moved to share with others.

Why they chose this property

My family has been in the hospitality industry for over 60 years, there is a rich history to this home and property. We very much look forward to sharing our home and this unique experience with you!
