Sonos

New construction, built in 2017, this beautifully designed, modern farmhouse is open concept with plenty of room for entertaining indoors and out. Inside, find two master suites complete with double-sink bathrooms and walk-in closets - 1 on the ground floor, 1 on the second floor. There are two more bedrooms that share one beautiful, double-sinked bathroom with tub, also on the second floor. All rooms are fully equipped with flat screen, smart TVs and cable. The house has six Sonos zones so that guests can listen to their own playlists wherever they like. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steal appliances including a wine fridge, double-ovens, dish washer, and microwave. In the summer months, the heated pool is open. The basement is finished with a fully equipped home theater, home gym with rower (guests assume all liability for use), recreation room, and powder room.

Location is minutes walk, bike, run or ride to Sag Harbor Village’s Main Street. Enjoy scenic streets, great area cafes, restaurants, and shopping. Also a short walk to private, Azurest community beach; Guests enjoy beach parking access. 15 minutes away from neighboring gorgeous towns of East Village, South and Bridgehampton.

Spring getaway

Beautiful house and great location near the center of sag harbor. Quiet surroundings. House had ample room for our family and was well stocked. We especially enjoyed the basement/TV room/exercise room, and the open floor plan on the main floor that allowed us to all hang out together.

PERFECT HOME IN A PERFECT LOCATION

Had a great stay at this home with my family! The home was just as it appeared in the pictures - Gorgeous! The home is spacious with plenty of sunlight, so although the weather was a bit too cool to sit outdoors, we didn't miss it. We enjoyed our walks into town, it was only a 10 minute walk and when you hit Bay St, you have the views of the water, which was especially nice during sunset. Dorraine was incredibly gracious and communication was very easy. My only issue is the home is too comfortable...my mom and son never wanted to leave! Lol! They commandeered the basement, as my 15 year old took over the movie room, and my mom enjoyed the work out room. Needless to say, we all felt very much at home away from home. Dorraine, thank you for a great stay! The details of your home even managed to impress my son who wants to be an architect, he had an appreciation for all the design elements of your home, so thank you for the inspiration as well!

Wonderful house — great location

We had a great stay at this Sag Harbor property. The home was clean and nicely set up, the beds were comfy and the location is great! If we had one complaint, it was that there were no full length mirrors in the house at all. For a group of 5 women who had done a bit of shopping this was a struggle but we managed 🙂

Annual Girl’s Vacation

This year my friends wanted to experience the Hamptons. We narrowed it down to Sag Harbor and that was a great decision. Deciding on staying in Dorian’s house was the BEST decision! We loved everything; the location, the pool, movie room, and ending in a comfy bed. Dorian is so sweet and responsive. I would defiantly recommend staying in this gorgeous home in this wonderful town.

Loved staying at this updated perfectly located sag property. We rented for a family weekend and enjoyed everything about the house. Dual master suite (upstairs and main level) made it super easy to sleep and accommodate the grandparents w separate space for our kids and us upstairs. Our daughter loved the basketball arcade game downstairs. A great family location.

Gorgeous home , wonderful stay

We loved our stay so much! The heated pool was amazing, the kitchen is wide open and beautiful, the bedrooms are so comfortable and bathrooms are modern and the whole house is extremely clean and inviting. I would absolutely recommend staying in this wonderful home.
