Beautiful villa with stunning views. Villa was modern, clean, had comfortable beds and was really well equipped. The pool was big with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. The villa is a little remote and it’s a steep drive up and down, but it’s less that a 10 minute drive into the quaint little village of Sayalonga with a few nice restaurants and the odd small shop and only a further 20 minutes drive to a town for bigger supermarkets and more restaurants. The remoteness of this villa is totally worth it for the almost 360 amazing view and beautiful sunsets, they definitely had the wow factor!! Hosts were friendly and very helpful, answering all my queries fast and efficiently. Would happily recommend and would be happy to stay here again. Thank you

Amazing house

Everything was according to the pictures, or even better. Beautiful house, big pool and amazing views of the mountains. The self check-in (and out) was very easy and convenient. The contact with the owner was excellent. The steep, narrow roads leading up to the house was a bit scary at first, but we quickly got used to them. A small car is to prefer. Plan your shopping as there is a 20 min drive to the store. House instruction, as well as things to do in the area was available in the house.

Superbe séjour en famille pour les fêtes de fin d'année

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette magnifique maison très bien équipée. Vraiment top. Deux petits soucis ont étés les coupures électriques inopinées en milieu de soirée. (Notamment pour le jaccuzzi et filtration piscine) ce qui a fait que la température de la piscine n'a pas dépassé les 22 degrés.Et une odeur un peu désagréable de l 'eau du jaccuzzi, qui, à mon avis aurait mérité d'être changée avant notre arrivée.Très bons échanges avec les propriétaires et renseignements précis.On y reviendra entre amis probablement.

Dear Patrick, Thank you for your nice words and opinion about the villa. We are really happy you had a nice stay. We are a very responsible host and we are trying to be nature-friendly and the villa is self-contained. We have solar panels which cover most of our electricity. Unfortunately, when the weather is bad we have to use electricity from the grid which is not that stable in pick hours. We arranged extra batteries for our system and there is no more issue specifically with pool temperature. We have changed our management company this year and hope all the maintenance will be better with the jacuzzi this year. Wat een prachtig huis en locatie. De weg er naar toe is best pittig. Sla daarom ruim boodschappen in. Het contact met Desi vooraf en tijdens was uitstekend. Wij, familie van 9, hebben met volle teugen genoten.

Why they chose this property

Me and my partner, we own properties in several countries but this by far is our favourite. Why- it is only 2.5h from London, has all year around sunshine, amazing location, great facilities and has been design in modern luxury style yet incorporating traditional Andalucian property features. But most of all the peace and tranquillity this property offers with the amazing views. We usually spend a lot of winter weeks at the property getting away from the gloomy and rainy London to recharge.
