Both bathrooms remodeled with new cabinets/granite counter tops, bathtub/shower combination, rain shower heads with separate handheld, single vanity. 46 inch cable TV in living room with Blu-ray disc player and Yamaha CD Disc Player, 40 inch cable TV in master bedroom with Blu-ray disc player & 26 inch cable TV with Blu-ray disc player in second bedroom, ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Blackout drapes in master bedroom has king size bed and living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Both bedrooms have carpet and very large area rug in living room. Second bedroom has 2 queen sizes beds. Kitchen is fully equipped with all large appliances (2 full size refrigerators, glass top oven, above range microwave, dishwasher, full size washer/dryer) and all small appliances that you will need (blender, toaster, regular 12 cup coffee brewer, Keurig K-Cup brewer, coffee grinder, hand held mixer, etc.) All linens, blankets, towels provided. Bathrooms include hairdryers - no need to pack. Covered parking for this unit.

Breakers East is located in the heart of Destin, across the street from 'Big Kahuna's Water Park'. Walk to fast food Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins, Chick-fil-a, Waffle House, Starbucks, and Subway. 'The Track' is located just a few blocks from the go-carts, miniature golf, arcade, bumper boats, bungee jumping. For rainy days Rave movie theatre and "Uncle Buck's Fish Bowl" bowling is located in Destin Commons shopping center or bowling at "Hurricane Lanes" located at the corner of Mathew Blvd/Hwy 98. Close to golfing, world class cuisine, Silver Sands outlet mall, parasailing, dolphin cruises, and much more.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancellation or changes of reservations with advance payments.
100% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in
50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in
No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in
We highly recommend purchasing the CSA Travel Protection during the booking process. Cancellations and early departures due to inclement weather do not warrant any refund of rent.

No Pets Allowed
No Smoking or Vaping. Breakers East is a no smoking building, and it is not permitted in public areas or areas where it can be a nuisance to others including balconies.

Condo is managed locally. Each condo has 2 available parking spaces. Breakers East HOA mandates that all vehicles must have their designated parking pass easily visible through the windshield at all times while parked on the property.
