An authentic spacious Venice apartment overlooking a canal.

The apartment was fully functional, spacious and clean. The location was AMAZING, close to St. Mark’s Square and Rialto Bridge. Marisa was super responsive and helpful. Having coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening on the balcony while watching the gondolas was wonderful. We would definitely return.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay and loved sitting on the balcony watching the gondolas floating by! Close to all the sights, shops and restaurants. The A/C didn’t work, but thankfully staying early May the temperature was fine

Lovely Location and Balcony

There were 5 of us (age 4 to 73) and we stayed very comfortably for two nights. The apartment was charming and overlooked an intersection of canals. The kitchen was well stocked and good restaurants were nearby. It was a bit hard to find using street direction, but once switched to google maps, the coordinates made it easy. Would definitely stay again if we came to Venice! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
