Wohnung zweckmäßig, aber ungemütlich

Die Ferienwohnung liegt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, auf der unter anderem Linienbusse fahren, die Straße ist abschüssig, wodurch beim bergauf fahren beschleunigt wird, was zusätzlich für Lärm sorgt, auch Nachts. Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Schnitt, befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Dadurch war die direkte Sonneneinstrahlung sehr begrenzt, da das Nebenhaus für Schatten sorgte. Die Temperatur in der Wohnung konnte so angenehm kühl gehalten werden, die kühlen Nächte trugen ebenso dazu bei. Sie ist aber sehr karg eingerichtet, war zum Teil schmutzig (Böden nicht gewischt, zum Teil verschmutztes Geschirr in den Schränken, der Besteckkasten klebrig). Das Bad ist zweckmäßig, der Klodeckel lose, kam uns irgendwann entgegen. Die Mikrowelle konnte nicht genutzt werden, weil der Drehteller fehlte. Der Ventilator funktionierte gar nicht, die Stehlampe im Wohnbereich nur teilweise. Dafür die Waschmaschine, die war einwandfrei. Insgesamt abgewohnt, lieblos, leider nicht zu empfehlen.
