Un apartamento descuidado y sin mantenimiento

Este apartamento necesita urgentemente muchas mejoras para ser confortable. La limpieza asimismo es muy mejorable, y el mantenimiento es nulo: los electrodomésticos funcionan regular, la vitrocerámica está rota, el aire acondicionado necesita una revisión y limpieza de filtros, etc. Nos sentimos muy engañados, ya que las fotos no se parecen en nada a lo que nos encontramos al llegar. Lo único bueno es la zona de la piscina y su ubicación, ya que el pueblo y las playas son preciosos.

Bien situé et pas cher mais....

Les points negatifs: Les huisseries ne ferment pas. Helas nous n'avons pas profité de la terrasse qui donne sur un rond point relativement passant. Les points positifs: a 2 pas des magnifiques plages et restaurants de llafranc, appartement tres bien équipé, fonctionnel et propre. Belle piscine.

El apartamento estaba limpio pero puertas y ventanas no cerraban bien y hacía frío. La potencia no daba para poner calefactor. Zona comunitaria y piscina muy bien pero el piso es muy justo.
