The place was so beautiful. Very modern yet cozy at the same time. The area around was just as beautiful. The place had everything you might need in a condo. Will definitely consider coming back. You won't be disappointed

Lovely condo on the marina

This condo was modern and well stocked with plenty of space for 6. We enjoyed watching the boats coming in and being able to walk to the restaurant and amenities in the resort. The host was helpful and provided good suggestions for tours and restaurants. It is a short drive to town but easy to get a taxi or if you have a car. Some of the tours will pick you up and you can also have a jet skis or paddle boards delivered right to the dock outside the condo.

Perfect Getaway Spot

Our stay at this condo exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we stepped in, we were blown away by the comfort and amenities provided. The space was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a relaxing family getaway. The location was perfect, offering both convenience and tranquility. Beautiful condo.

We booked a short stay due to work conflicts with a party of 6 but it couldn’t have been more enjoyable. The condo is spacious, clean, and beautifully modern. The location is a bit off the beaten path but it does make for a relaxing and tranquil time. Guy, the property manager, is a true gem. He’s responsive, helpful, and very amiable! He really makes your stay comfortable!

Palm Cay

This is a clean and spacious condo with great views of the marina. The beach is gorgeous with clear blue-green water and soft pink sand. If you’re just looking to relax and sit by the beach this is a great spot. The restaurant on the property has good staples. There’s a grocery store very close by-but I would recommend renting a car as there is not much else around the property. You will definitely want to pay for access to the beach club. The host is very helpful and we would definitely return.

Very nice

We very much enjoyed our stay at Palm Cay. We stayed in a unit on the Marina and it was amazing. Very modern, clean, spacious and well equipped. Guy the property manager is a gem, very helpful, reliable and friendly. Palm Cay is still under construction, no doubt it will become even more charming with additional restaurant options and amenities over time. Staff is friendly and workers very polite and discrete. Environment is safe and peaceful. One thing we ´d mention is that the 3 consecutive days policy for purchasing access at the beach club and gym - or nothing - doesn’t make sense. We had single days available between excursions where they would not let us purchase one pro rated day at the beach club or the gym. They should be a bit flexible really. Thank you again Guy, we had a lovely time. See you soon!

Beautiful, clean & relaxing property

We selected this property over the other massive Nassau resorts because we didn't want to be swallowed up by the masses of people at those resorts and coming off the cruise ships. This property provided privacy, relaxation, and comfort in the safety and security of the private community. There are more condos being built but we very rarely noticed any disruption. We used the beach club amenities every day of our 7-day stay and we loved the private, exclusive environment as it was very easy to keep track of our 6-year-old and 75-year-old mom who joined us. The people were fantastic - Guy the host was very, very helpful - along with Andrea the maid, Jeffrey the concierge, and the employees at Palm Cay. They made it a fantastic time! The walk to the beach club around the marina takes about 10 minutes (even with a 6-yr old & grandma) so was very quick to get back and forth if need be. The location is about 30 min outside of Nassau but Jeffrey was fantastic in transporting us from airport/etc. We'd come back and can't wait to see what comes from the continued development.

Amazing Experience

The manager Guy (who is also a home owner in Palm Cay), the apartment and the location are all spectacular. We would give this experience 6 stars if they’d be available. Guy went out of his way to provide world class service. If you love boats, great marina views, meeting interesting people, and watching the occasional hustle and bustle of a marina, this place is for you. Highly recommended and will definitely return in the future.
