Guests must bring their own bed, bath, and kitchen linens. Pets, smoking, candles, student parties, stag/hen events, and corporate bookings are not allowed. The property is part of an expanding development, so occasional work traffic may occur. For everyone’s comfort, rubbish must be sorted and left in the designated area, and young people’s groups are not accepted.
