Welcome to this cozy cabin with a wonderful location and view over Sälenfjällen's best fishing lake, Närsjön. Here you have every opportunity to relax and enjoy a peaceful holiday. The cabin includes a separate wood-burning sauna with a nice view of the lake. The cottage is smartly planned and is well equipped and has underfloor heating in all rooms with easy-to-clean marble floors. There is an open floor plan between the living room and kitchen with a ceiling that reaches all the way up to ridge. A modern kitchen with hob and convection oven. There is direct access from the kitchen to the balcony with a nice lake view. There you can sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Inside the cabin there is a warming wood stove for cooler evenings. TV with about 40 Swedish and English language channels. It is a fully tiled bathroom with a shower cabin. Up on the sleeping loft has two proper spring mattresses so you lie comfortably too up there. The cabin is located between Hundfjället and Stöten with nice hiking trails in it nearby. Fishing licenses can be bought at ICA or the sports shop in Rörsbäcksnäs 13 km. Just 200 m from your cabin is a nice swimming spot in Närsjön with a sandy beach and jetty. The "Friggebod" and firewood are not included in the rent. The lawn is shared with house number: 29824, which can also be booked on our website! It is possible to charge your electric car on site. Payment is made via the app. Youth groups are not allowed to rent this cabin! Bookings made by companies are not allowed.
