From all every seat in the house you have good view of the children's playgrounds. The heart of the house is the conservatory where you can relax in the evenings and the conservatory is even equipped with air conditioning/heat pump. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit may be charged before check-in to cover utilities and additional services. It is adjusted to actual usage, and any remaining balance is refunded within 21 days after checkout.
