katastrofale Agentur schlecht zu erreichen reagiert teilweise mit automatischen Antworten

Aufenthalt im appartment grundsätzlich gut, aber die in der Anzeige dargestellte Terasse. - und Dachterassennutzung war nicht vorbereitet. Mussten wir mühsam zusammenstellen.Lateckeckout bis 1900 Uhr wird nach Bezahlung von zusätzlich 70 zugesagt , aber am Abend vor bzw. am Morgen des AbreistagesWurde uns perMail mitgeteilt , das wir bis 1000Uhr auszuchecken hätten .Zur Klärung war Agentur weder per Mail noch telefonisch zu erreichen.Wir haben ( 4 Erwachene/3 Kleinkinder )Hastig im Chaos - App wurde von uns sauber geräumt um 1040 Uhr am 22.06. verlassen.Wir fordern daher hiermit die für den Latecheckout getahltenn70 zurück .Eine Empfehlung , nochmals mit der Agentur Rentus zu buchen , kam. Absolut nicht gegeben werden

Un bel emplacement mal valorisé

Un appartement magnifiquement situé avec une double terrasse. La présence d’un welcome pack et des produits douche de qualité. Ambiance rooftop très agréable. Un box de garage avec vélos et trottinette rend une plus-value au séjour. Ce logement serait encore mieux avec des vitres propres, des chaises disponibles pour les tous 7 vacanciers, la décoration/ameublement de douche et salle d’eau en phase avec le style général de l’appartement, une nappe et des dessous de table (tissus) sans tache.
