Our main goal is for our guests to have a pleasant experience during their stay with us and to enjoy their well-deserved holiday. If you notice any issues, please let us know and we’ll try to resolve them as soon as possible.

•Please be considerate of our neighbors; do not make noise after 10:00 PM, especially on the balcony. Outdoor music in the complex and loud music inside the apartment are not permitted. Please be aware that neighbors may call the police in the event of disturbances (late at night). If we are notified of disturbances late at night and need to come to the apartment, there will be an additional charge of €100.

•Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please smoke outside; you’ll find an ashtray on the balcony.

•Be sure to turn off the air conditioning when you leave the apartment and close the doors when using the air conditioning.

•To prevent clogs, please do not flush wet wipes down the toilet.

•The property is not liable for theft, any additional expenses incurred by the guest, or any circumstances beyond the owner’s control.

•The owner is not responsible for lost or forgotten items; however, if an item is found on the premises during cleaning, it will be sent to the provided address via cash-on-delivery.

Lovely Apartment
