This is one of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed in. The apartment is super clean, and there are lots of little touches to make guests comfortable. Would highly recommend!
We really enjoyed staying in Viktorjia's apartment -- and she was so welcoming and friendly, as well. It was easy to work with her because she communicates well and took care of our needs. We'd stay here again!
Loved our stay. Viktorija was very accommodating with our early arrival and met us to give us a tour of the place. Very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious. Conveniently located to everything we wanted to do and see. Highly recommend this place if you are going to Edinburgh :)
This place is adorable! The couple that owns the property are super accommodating and welcoming. They had coffee, tea products, and a water for each of us on arrival. The location is perfect, very close to Grass Market and the Royal Mile. We would stay here again for sure!
It was exactly as advertised. We were there for the Fringe, and to explore the city in general for a few days. Perfect location walking distance to everything, and the flat felt like home. Highly recommended!
We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment, perfect location in the heart of Edinburgh. Everywhere we wanted to go was within a 15 minute walk or a short bus ride away (like the zoo) but still super easy to get to.
Viktorija the host was so lovely, thankyou for letting us stay. We hope to come again in the future!
Lovely, clean and convenient! Thank you Vickorija for creating such a lovely space. We loved exploring your beautiful city and coming "home" in the evenings to cook and cozy up was such a bonus! Can't wait to come back!

Sort version: Perfect!
Longer version: Victorija was there to meet us,gave us a tour of the flat.
Place lived up to all our expectations, we walked everywhere without problems and found nice places to eat in the neighborhood.
Highly recommend this place, we would go back to stay in a heartbeat!
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It was in a great location and the host was very welcoming. I’m also super grateful for her allowing me to leave my bags in the apartment before the check-in time so I didn’t have to lug them around while I waited to get in. The apartment is spacious and the kitchen is big and great if you plan on cooking! There’s a ton of restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and shops nearby. Highly recommend staying here!
Loved everything! Our host was gracious- and a great help with the washer! Loved the art deco apt- very thoughtful details! A short walk to castle and to the grass market. Parking garage nearby and accessible!
Highly recommend!
My wife and I spent four nights in this beautiful apartment. We walk a lot so for us everything was well within walking distance including Edinburgh Castle, Old Town, Arthur’s Seat and lots of other historical sites and pubs and restaurants. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We had a car so just a note of caution, parking is available in a public garage down the street but as in any city it’s a bit expensive. We would highly recommend this rental.
The apartment is beautiful, all the amenities you could ask for. Great kitchen, shower and bath with soaps and shampoos supplied, even in-apartment laundry! Restaurants, pubs, and groceries all within a block walk or less. Haymarket train, and the Royal mile only ten minute walk on either direction, yet somehow away from all the tourist craziness. Can't say enough! We absolutely loved it!!
Perfect location, walking distance to Edinburgh Castle, Holyrood, Princes Street Gardens, shopping, Royal Mile, great pubs and restaurants. Nicely appointed with a soft bed, plenty of storage, a good kitchen, and fabulous views. The Hanging Bat across the street is a Great brewery and Treatz for sweets is wonderful. Bus stops up and down Lothian so easy to get anywhere. Viktorija is a lovely host. It's on my list for any returns to Edinburgh. Fabulous flat.
Beautiful flat in city center and close to everything. Viktorija was already at the flat when we arrived. . We asked for a huge favor from her on our last day and she was VERY accommodating. There was some maintenance being done on the outside of the building during out stay. The scaffolding somewhat blocked our views, but did not take away from our experience.
Impressive - very clean extremely neat apartment with many extra touches like coffee pods / chic treats and welcomed at the apartment by the host. Everything you could ask for in a one bedroom flat with well appointed kitchen and bathroom.
Only comment would be the noise from the busy street outside but we’ll worth it for the location close to west end part of town.
Found parking at park & ride for 50p per day only two stops from Edinburgh.
Our stay was great! The unit is super clean and well stocked. High ceilings, beautifully firnished and decirated, very charming place! The location is convenient, walking distance to all places. Even though the unit is facing a busy street, the bedroom is very quite thanks to the extra glass on the window. If someone is sleeping on the pull-out sofa in the living room, you may need to deal with the noise issue. My only concern was the bedding - it needs to be chenaged i'm afraid. other than that, GREAT!
I specifically looked for an apartment located near the Royal Mile with parking. The listing showed "On-Site" parking available. However, when we arrived we were told by the owner that what was actually meant was that there was paid public parking available across the street. This is not "On-Site" parking, and was misleading and caused unanticipated expense and inconvenience. When we complained to the owner she blamed us for misunderstanding the listing. While the flat itself was nice and in a great location, we would not return.

The listing did NOT show "On-site" parking. It shows free "on-street" parking during the night and chargeable parking in a public car park during the day.I am not surprised though that you cannot read well, since you cannot do many other things well either, such as:
1) get the time of arrival correct(only two hours late),
2) find the actual parking area(only took half an hour to find it in 100 meters stretch with the ONLY one turn to the left in the whole street),
3) get into the car park trough the barrier after finding it,
4) uploading screenshot into correspondence showing me where in our listing"On-site" is mentioned,
5) understand that if I said on the day of your arrival "we do not pay for guests' parking",same still applies two weeks later even though you try to contact me via VRBO at midnight.
Don't know if you realise that there is NO On-site parking available anywhere near Royal Mile at all, as it is for pedestrians only.
I would like to know what inconvenience was caused to you since you have ignored my advise where you can park your car for free and chose to use chargeable parking instead, even though all attractions in the city centre from our apartment are walking distance.
I would suggest that you visit Specsavers before your next holiday.
On the top of all nonsense already mentioned above, the apartment was left dirty and messy.Needless to say,we will not be sad not to have you back in our apartment.
Apologies to others reading this,I just cannot stand chancers.
