Welcome to Höviksnäs on tjörn's east side with proximity to both Stenungssund, Orust and Bohuslän's fantastic sights. Here you live in a quiet cottage area on the owner's plot and lovely terrace with lawn as a view. When you get up in the morning and open the door, you can hear the birds chirping, and if you take the cup with you up on the small mountain next to the cottage you can enjoy miles of views. The cottage, which is just over 35 sqm including loft, has a spacious kitchen with a dining table and high chair. Via a ladder that is removable you get up to the cottage's loft where two single beds 90cm are located. A fully tiled bathroom with shower, wc and sink directly adjacent to the small hall at the entrance. To the right is a smaller living room with sofa bed and TV. Inside is the bedroom which has a bunk bed where both slafs are 90cm and the upper one can be folded up against the wall if you want higher to the ceiling. There is also a smart clothing storage. A very nice cottage and fantastic owner located with only a couple of kilometers to the bay that has both trampoline and jumping tower. If you want to go out to sea, there's a Canadian to borrow. In the surrounding area there are playgrounds and nice walks, running and bike paths. So feel free to bring bikes. The nature around the cottage is rich in seasonal berries and mushrooms and invites you to cozy walks and your own discoverable trips. If you want to discover the island, there are many sights and charming archipelago communities on both Tjörn and Orust. Take the opportunity to explore the fine hiking trails in the surrounding area. Well-stocked grocery store in Myggenäs, 5.8 km. To smaller service shop and pizzeria, 3.2 km. Close to service and entertainment in Stenungssund with a large shopping center and to Skärhamn with both well-known Watercolor Museum with Nordic contemporary art. The city of Gothenburg with the well-known amusement park Liseberg is about 55 km away. Welcome to enjoy a quiet and enjoyable holiday!
