Situated on the first floor of a charming building, the apartment welcomes guests with a bright and spacious living room, enhanced by a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with brand-new, modern appliances. The modern, functional design blends seamlessly with practical spaces, creating a relaxing atmosphere for lounging or enjoying a lovely dinner. The double-access balcony, overlooking both the street and the surrounding greenery, is perfect for a peaceful morning coffee or an evening unwind.



The sleeping area includes two spacious and elegantly furnished double bedrooms, each with a stylish wardrobe and air conditioning to ensure year-round comfort. The beds are fitted with high-quality toppers that provide extra softness and support, enhancing sleep quality for a restful night. Two modern bathrooms, both with showers, offer contemporary finishes and are designed for practicality and convenience. Every detail is carefully crafted to create a functional and soothing environment. There’s also a handy storage room with a washing machine and cleaning supplies.

All of our apartments offer a concierge service, designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Starting one week before arrival, you’ll have access to a dedicated concierge available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese to answer any questions about the apartment or the area. Our concierge will welcome you in person upon arrival, accompany you to the apartment, and be available throughout your stay. At check-out, they will be there to say goodbye and ensure your experience was perfect.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM; for arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, a €50.00 surcharge applies. A security deposit of €100.00 is required, payable by cash or credit card at check-in. If paid in cash, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 3 working days, assuming no damage.
