On the second floor of an elegant historic building dating back to the 1400s, (no lift) apartment with frescoes ceiling and marble flooring, large living room with sofas and dining area, balcony overlooking the marina and the beautiful Piazza Garibaldi, designer kitchen, 2 large bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 marble bathrooms. Baby bed. Wi-Fi. Heating. Washing machine, dishwasher.

The real PLUS: within the restricted traffic zone, private garage 200 metres from the house, included in the rental cost. In Lerici, street parking within the town is for residents only.

Lerici is beautiful and our stay at Magnolia was perfect to see and experience all of the views and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and towels and sheets laundered. Loved the balcony over the piazza. Highly recommend.

A Jewel in the center of a beautiful town

Lovely Lerici

Superb location with a cute balcony overlooking the piazza and harbor. Very clean and spacious. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. Cristina was very thorough and responsive to any questions we had. Directions to the parking garage were most helpful. The binder she has made is comprehensive and probably the best organized set of instructions, suggestions, and "how to" we have ever encountered. Overall, the best VRBO experience we have had, and we've been to many VRBO's in a number of countries. We would most highly recommend any of Cristina's properties to any friend or family member thinking of spending time in that part of Italy.

The location is great, as is the apartment. Kitchen is well equipped. A lot of steps to carry your luggage up, as the unit is advertised as second floor but is really 3rd floor from bottom. They count the first floor as level 0. Need more linens.

Spacious, Modern, and Perfectly Located in the Heart of Lerici

My wife and I stayed here for approximately nine nights, and we couldn’t have been more pleased. The apartment was even larger than expected, with high ceilings, an impressive amount of storage space, and a sleek, modern kitchen—perfect for cooking in. Everything was spotless and well-prepared for our arrival.The location is excellent. You’re right in the heart of Lerici—located above the main plaza, restaurants, shops, and the ferry dock, which made exploring Cinque Terre incredibly easy. We felt very safe and comfortable the entire time, and coming and going was a breeze. We didn’t need to contact the owners at all since everything was so seamless and well-communicated in advance.Just a couple of things to note (which didn’t impact our enjoyment but might be good for others to know): the apartment is up a few flights of stairs and there’s no elevator, so it might be a challenge for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Also, being just above the main plaza, it can get a little noisy on weekend nights, especially Fridays, but this is to be expected given the prime location. Also, being from the USA, there are a lot of rules and regulations with garbage disposal, so there's an initial learning curve for garbage disposal if you are not European. Overall, we highly recommend this property. It’s a fantastic home base for exploring the region, especially by ferry, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Plus Lerici is a great town to chill out and explore.

Schönes Apartment, nette Verwaltung

Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man sich nicht am Lärm der Piazza stört. Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und reagiert schnell. Das Appartment ist nicht perfekt, aber entspricht ziemlich genau dem was beworben wird. Der Aufenthalt mit unserem 13 jährigen Sohn war perfekt.

Fantastische Wohung in perfekter Lage

Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man als Familie braucht. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt zentral mitten im Ort, so dass man alles zu Fuß erledigen kann. Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés bieten ein vielfältiges Angebot. Die Tiefgarage, die mit der Wohnung angeboten wird, liegt sehr nah und ist ideal, da die Parksituation im Ort eher schwierig ist. Kurz: Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in dieser Wohnung!
